Why one star? I used to buy 12 to 15 dozen cookies for family every year at Christmas time! It was some time ago, and I remember the cookies were very thick, a real chunk! They were also very delicious and incredibly consistent in size and flavor! I stopped the big Christmas purchase as family didn't want such a temptation with all the other holiday food! Since then, as they have become less available, I have had them sporadically while not paying much attention to price! It has become apparent that the cookies are less thick than they used to be! The Debra's special oatmeal cookie is very much thinner and far less special than it was! It still tastes great though! I stopped Saturday the 23 of November and bought two oatmeal cookies and two waters for 14 and change! The cookies were middle 3 something as were the bottled water! 3.79 rings a bell I am not exactly sure! A Crumble cookie is more but at nearly twice the weight it is a better value in my opinion! I am sorry but one regular size cookie for nearly four dollars is ludicrous! I may never go back :(

Mrs. Fields is in the mall near Macy’s side of the mall. I ordered a coffee drink from their menu. They took my order and started leaning over the menu to figure out how to make the drink. It took them a long time before they got it done. It didn’t taste right, but I don’t want them to try it again. This is my first time ordering drinks there, and I think it should be my last time!
Parking: Many parking available. But very busy at the weekends or Holidays

The customer service here is horrendous, which is a shame because the food is usuhally really good. One employee couldn't be bothered to replenish the cheese that is usually order along with a pretzels. Even the cookie case was a mess and had hardly anything to choose from. The staff could be more friendly and eager to help not nasty and impatient like what we ran into today.

The cookies were so stale and disgusting! We bought 2 of them for $8 thinking it would be worth it because I used to love this chain as a kid. What a mistake. Both cookies were so hard, they were hard to bite into and we had to throw them away. Avoid this place!

These two mini cookies were 4 dollars. I literally took 2 bites and I was done. When I asked the woman working at the counter about the pricing, I was basically told "yes, that's how much these cookies cost." 4 dollars for 2 MINI cookies? I think the girl was confused but who knows, maybe Mrs. Fields does charge these outrageous prices for cookies.

Awful cookies.. Went here yesterday and bought 12 of the nibblers. They were hard, and very stale. I was going to go back for a refund, but I was so irritated I decided to write this review instead.Get it together.
Went here once for a lemonade freeze. They gave us a large, and it was great. Since, we have gone back specifically for the lemonade and once, was told that we couldn't have a large size, as the young girl rolled her eyes and was extremely snotty. And the second time, tonight (an hour before closing) The girl said "we're out of those" as a full-jug was mixing beside her. We said: "isn't it right there?". That's when she explained that they had closed down the blender for the night (hr early) and can't use it. This place needs an adult manager on duty that has some business sense and decent customer service. Happy to say; AnnieAnne's came through, with both a discount and pleasant demeanor.

Mrs. Fields Cookies, have always been a favorite in my family. Cookies are always delicious unlike their customer service which needs more customer service training. I have had awful experiences with their employees who don't care about their employment.
