Noah's NY Bagels

I come to this Noah’s Bagels location almost every morning. The staff is always friendly and the store is clean, which I really appreciate.

However, there's a consistent issue with the coffee. More often than not, the coffee bins are empty when you go to fill your cup. Yes, the staff will brew a fresh batch if you ask, but it typically takes about 15–20 minutes—which kind of defeats the purpose of a quick morning stop.

I really hope management can improve this part of the experience. A place that sells coffee should be more proactive about keeping it stocked, especially during the morning rush

Great service, great bagels, lots of choices, fabulous breakfast sandwiches. Limited seating and a bit noisy when crowded. Much, much better food selections than the Starbucks next door, hint, hint... ;-)

Why place a mobile order 20 minutes before you get there only to have to wait another 10 minutes to get 2 bagels?

This location is okay, and could be better. They got my food order wrong on more than one occasion. Repeated my order back to me @ the register & still got my order wrong.

This is certainly not as good as the Noah's in Carmichael. The iced coffee that I got was extremely bitter and gross It tasted like it had been in that container for a couple of days. The egg and brisket sandwich was okay, it wasn't terrible although it was put together sloppily. For being such a small location and only one or two customers there it seemed to be a timing issue with getting the food out. I did see them pushing out some door dash order so maybe that's what's happening with when I was there I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I have routine appointments so I'm sure I'll be back and I'll give them several more opportunities to get it together. I literally had hundreds of bagels from dozens of Noah's across the country and this location does not give Justice to Noah's or Einstein's name.

Went to Noah's very early one morning, in fact not long after they opened as out daughter had a volleyball tournament that morning, we were greeted by a very enthusiastic and happy employee (I feel terrible for not remembering his name now, but he has some cool tatts). We placed our order and he told us about filling out a survey so that we'd receive several extra bagels. Food was made fresh and quickly. Definitely will revisit next time we're in Sac.

Great food however from my experience they do occasionally mess up my order or they ran out of bagels and wait until I’m there (if I ordered online which I normally do) and if I’m in a rush it can be inconvenient. Most employee are ok but there is one I forgot his name but he was wearing a big iced out chain that said savage and he is such a nice employee. Food is great but service can be a little meh.

Above all else they did not respect the schmear. Bland and over priced. They called the wrong name and I almost left with someone else's order, when I brought it back the dude working tried to blame me. I didn't let it slide and the worker looked irritated. Very loud and chaotic, many people were irritated by long wait time.

Went in to buy a dozen bagels with cream cheese. Came home to find that I was shorted 3 bagels. Tried to call but was unable to speak to anyone.
Make sure you actually count what you get as apparently counting is not a strongpoint of some of the staff.

Unfortunately today at 7am the employees were too tired to take care of my order properly. I was given cold bagels with the wrong cream cheese. I will not be returning as $30 for the wrong food doesn’t seem fair. I hope management here can fix the issue with their staff. They were not friendly and showed zero care for my order. Double check your order!! Have fun making bagels for a living staff!!

The veggie sandwich only had avocado , cucumber, lettuce believe it included more. I understand them running out of bagels by lunch, but the one I wanted was still in case. There was no coffee either, Gurl said I could have jakapeno bagel then at last minute said none available. They were crowded and swamped get it, maybe get 1 more employee. My brisket sandwich, and bagel pizza were good though !
