We went about 8:30am on a Sunday morning. There was no line. The staff was great. The bagels are super fresh and the coffee was good.

I’m genuinely baffled by what I witnessed at this location today. I’ve never seen a busier staff produce less food with less urgency. There were at least a dozen employees behind the counter and around twenty customers in the store—and yet somehow, nobody seemed aware that people were waiting, or that orders were piling up like an airport baggage carousel during a strike.
My simple order of two bagel sandwiches took over 40 minutes. Forty minutes. For bagels. I’m convinced I could’ve walked to a wheat field, harvested the grain, milled the flour, baked my own bagels, and still beaten their production time.
There was no assembly line, no system, and no sign that anyone felt responsible for anything beyond standing near the food. The lack of coordination was so impressive that I started wondering if the entire staff was participating in a social experiment on customer patience.
At this point, Noah’s might want to give Ray Kroc a call—apparently he cracked the code on producing breakfast items in under the time it takes to cook a Thanksgiving turkey.
To be clear: this isn’t about perfection. It’s about basic awareness, communication, and urgency. When customers are waiting 40 minutes for a sit-down-restaurant wait time on a counter-service bagel, something is deeply off. I hope management takes a hard look at operations here, because the team deserves guidance, and customers deserve better.
I will say, Noah's has a real gd Bagel...definitely be back. Good service too. They did run out of my bagels that I wanted. But they took care of me

The food is good, but the wait time is so long and nothing has changed about that in the last several years. Orders take an extraordinarily long time to prepare, so there’s a mob of people standing around waiting and hovering over you as you try to dine-in. Management should identify the limiting factors that are slowing everything down and correct it. Also, management should make customers in the store their priority, not delivery drivers.

Amazing breakfast!! I got the brisket and it’s very delicious
Fresh and soft bagels, they literally melt in your mouth as you eat them! I usually buy baker's dozen.

I waited for over AN HOUR for two simple sandwiches and never got them. Completely incompetent staff. You make bagels for a living and can’t even do that right. Pathetic.

I was very pleased to see and be served by a group of normal looking teenagers. They were all very pleasant and happy! Finally great service and a smile!

Just moved here from out of state…yeah, we’ve had bagels all over this country and these were incredible. The 3.4 star isn’t close to accurate for these delicious spheres. I don’t have a picture because we ate it all before I decided to review them…
