The restrooms were so gross. I walked into one and the toilet was filthy, with open toilet paper rolls, one in the floor, paper towels and a cleaning bottle on the floor. It was only about 8:30 am. The cashier with the braids gave off an attitude as if doing her job was so mundane. Nobody seemed to be enjoying their job at all. The atmosphere overall was quite depressing.Had to go back in because they forgot the egg in my bagel. It was a girl with multicolor blue hair, she was very nice and got it remade for me. When I explained that my bagel was missing an egg a girl with the braids kind of giggled, not sure what that was about

I don’t really write reviews because most of the food places I go to are somewhat professional and have some decent customer service. This place none whatsoever. Asked what a potato bagel was and almost got thrown out the store…will never be coming back here.

Got two "Chorizo Avocado Sunrise Egg" Bagels, non of them had avocado. Good luck trying to get some one who picks up the phone.

Terrible! I drive all the way here and they have one bagel for sale! It's 1:15 pm and they don't close until 2 pm! I'd call that poor planning. I was looking for a dozen with a shmear. Definitely will skip this place in the future.

Noah’s bagels has great bagels! However, the customer service at this particular location is not all that great. The person at the front counter is the face of the business when somebody walks through the door. When I came in the person at the front counter, begin talking to the person behind me, and really didn’t say anything to me other than ask me what bagels I wanted. it made me a little uncomfortable and made me feel rushed. This seems to happen every time I go into this particular location. Usually it’s the same person…. Customer service could definitely improve

I like the bagels. They are less dense than NY bagels ,so take that as my personal preference. Tuesday at 10 am was a good time with fewer customers. We tried during a holiday weekend and couldn't get in the door.

Staff is incompetent and SLOW. Worst Noahs out there. They hire little kids that can't follow simple directions. It'll take this shop 45 minutes to make a single bagel with smear. Don't recommend unless you want to get upset lol

So we decided to give this place another try and it was even more disappointing! Unfortunately, there was no improvement on how they put bagel sandwiches together. It was still messy and the filling was lopsided. We ordered two Nova Lox bagels sandwiches (one with egg) and a blueberry bagel to go. Well... first they forgot to give us the blueberry bagel so we had to go back and ask for it. Then found out after we got home that there was no egg in one of the Nova Lox sandwiches, which they charged $3.50 extra for. I'm sorry but the order was not complicated at all. So I'm confused with the errors. It makes you wonder if the staff enjoys working at this establishment or not.
