Nordstrom In House Coffee Bar

I would like to file a complaint about an employee with short hair, an Asian woman. Her attitude toward both customers and coworkers is very unpleasant. She is always dissatisfied and behaves in a rude and unfriendly way.

Disgusting coffee.

I really like that their hot coffee is really hot and the maple brown sugar latte is super 👌
taste homey in a way. . . but really like it. place is quite small though . . .

The girls that work the 3pm shift on a Tuesday rather have conversations than take orders. I felt I was doing them an inconvenience by ordering.

Golden spice latte is fantastic, need to let customers know when product is finished

Came for a cup of milk and 15 minutes later wash able to pick it up. Take 10 seconds to pour, and asked three people to help with the milk. I understand first in first out but there’s also a level of effort that needs to use some mental power to speed up the process

Fantastic drinks for both summer and winter seasons.

Gone there first time son wanted check out the mall. Need drink was refused cause had shield.
On the government page this state I can were it. I could not what around with my breathing issues so I stay at the table.. I even had doctor make a scrption. But I did not want arguing and show it I left. They need update staff whats aloud.
