Nothing Bundt Cakes

Talk about fall from grace. ? new set of front staff must be overworked they both seemed bothered by simple question and annoyed I even asked..

SERVICE COMPLAINT- I had pre-ordered 9 boxes of Bundtini's for a holiday event. When the ladies from the back brought my order up they refused several times to provide me with a bag to transport the 9 boxes. I was confused at first, thinking maybe it was just because they didn't have a bag to fit but then I spotted a large bag on the DoorDash. When I asked if I could get a bag like it, they said no, it's DoorDash customers only. I was shocked, after spending almost $300 on an order they were refusing to provide me with anything to transport the 9 boxes.

Once they left into the back room, Madison, working the front counter gave me 2 bags and helped me pack them up.

I hope this review helps revive basic customer service!

They don't have their ingredients listed. Bad for people with allergies. Although I did ask the nice person at the register and she was able to get a binder that has them listed by flavor.

Manager/Owner needs to retrain their associates in projecting a more friendly personal customer service. I ordered a box of bundlets. It was shoved across the counter. The box was sealed so I had to unseal and open the box to check my order. The store was empty of customers and the associate just stood there with her arms crossed leaning against back wall totally unengaged. For what the product cost, customers should receive white glove customer service. I will 2nd guess patronizing this place in the future. Roseville/Placer County has so many other (better) options.

I made a brief visit to pick up treats for my clients. After spending over $100, one would anticipate excellent service. For that amount, a proper bag for presentation should be provided, but there was none available. Sadly, service and quality has declined since the pandemic.

Twice now they have failed to honor Nothing Bundt Cake’s “PERMANENT” free bundlet with their bag promotion. When I walked in today, they had plenty of Key Lime cakes in their cooler, but the minute I ordered, they were magically “OUT” as someone from the back filled an order for an imaginary customer who wasn’t in front of them. Absolutely the WORST service of any NBC I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to NBC in a dozen states).

Too expensive now. I don’t know when a dozen assorted bundtinis started to cost $34, but it’s ridiculous. I remember a few years back they were only $22, smh. Unfortunately will no longer be a Nothing Bundt Cakes customer!

As the previous review stated, I showed up at the same time as Cindy only to be turned down for a cake that was ready to be sold. The customer service was astoundingly bad, will definitely stay away from this location. It wasn’t even 6pm and they locked the front door, worst part was that I called ahead and told them the urgency of my request and that I would be there at 6 ok the dot.

The workers have terrible customer service. We came in right at 6 o’clock to grab a cake that was already made, and they would not help us. No matter of pleading would change their mind. They didn’t even care. In fact, they were laughing at us. This Nothin Bundt Cake is terrible. Don’t ever come here do not give them your service.
