Nothing Bundt Cakes

These are probably the BEST cakes I have ever had and the staff are very personable and kind. I highly recommend getting yourself a Mini Bundt Cake as a treat, they do not disappoint.

They have been dropping the ball lately. Cakes still delicious, we love them! But they make ridiculous mistakes with decorations. I ordered mine online with clear instructions to place BASKETBALL Cupcake decor… it even said it on the printed receipt I got at the store, but as soon as I open the box it had baseball decor instead. Can they read the order out loud before making it? Now I have to drive back there to get the decor I paid for 2 hours before the event I have to go to. NEVER LEAVE THE STORE WITHOUT CHECKING IF THEY DID WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. CHECK THE FAVORS AND DECOR BEFORE LEAVING.

Staff here is so nice!

We took our special needs sister to get a dozen to share with friends on her 51st birthday. She chose the pumpkin spice seasonal selection. When we got it home and opened the sealed box, it was the wrong selection and did not have the leaves on toothpicks included as in the display case at the store. Too far to go back. Very disappointed. They should ensure they are giving the correct Bundt cakes to customers.

I left instructions to ring the doorbell and wait a moment for my 80 yr old parents to answer the door and not to leave the perishable cake on the doorstep. Instead the delivery driver ignored the request, dropped the cake off outside and left. While I enjoy the cakes I will never order delivery again as this was unacceptable. So disappointing! The company says they have no control over the third party delivery service (Uber) but yes they do. They choose who delivers your order. Bad business!

I ordered 6 bundtlets 3 days before my son-in-law's birthday. Paid for online & needed at 10am. The day to pick them up came and when I asked for my order, she started pulling bundtlets out of their front case and then she yelled to the back that she needed extra frosting on 3 bundtlets. I was shocked. I asked why my order wasn't ready and she said we don't put them together until the people get here and we don't do the extra frosting until then either. So, the extra frosting has no time to set up. I'm disabled and having to stand there for 10 minutes was painful and the manager came out and said how sorry she was and I said don't say you're sorry when it's your store policy to not do them until I come to pick them up! It was ordered and paid for way before I got there and I was on my way to the event so we had not set or cold frosting and the very thin brown paper bag she shoved all 6 of them in, the fingers went through it immediately. The cakes are good but I'm done with them. Never again.

purchased two personal-sized cakes — one Red Velvet and one Oreo Cookie.

When I got home, I noticed a clear difference in size between the two. The Oreo Cookie cake looked noticeably smaller and, to be honest, didn’t look right at all — almost like something went wrong with how it was made or handled.

I’ve always loved your cakes, so this experience was really unexpected and disappointing. I’d appreciate it if someone could look into this or let me know what may have happened.

SERVICE COMPLAINT- I had pre-ordered 9 boxes of Bundtini's for a holiday event. When the ladies from the back brought my order up they refused several times to provide me with a bag to transport the 9 boxes. I was confused at first, thinking maybe it was just because they didn't have a bag to fit but then I spotted a large bag on the DoorDash. When I asked if I could get a bag like it, they said no, it's DoorDash customers only. I was shocked, after spending almost $300 on an order they were refusing to provide me with anything to transport the 9 boxes.

Once they left into the back room, Madison, working the front counter gave me 2 bags and helped me pack them up.

I hope this review helps revive basic customer service!

They don't have their ingredients listed. Bad for people with allergies. Although I did ask the nice person at the register and she was able to get a binder that has them listed by flavor.
