Not worth it; our first time there too. When I wanted to have my receipt, the cashier guy yelled at me in my native language to grab it, I do know some Chinese as I speak it at home with my family, but I didn't speak Chinese to him and rather I spoke to him in English; he yelled at me, it's kinda rude. I didn't deserve to be yelled at. The lady was nice, even though she spoke very little English, it wasn't much issue as I was able to communicate by pointing the item I wanted. Then, they gave the bowls to a guy that would add sauce/ condiments without even letting me select. When I asked them what sauce the guy was putting on my food, the guy tried to continue without slowing down to answer. He even seemed annoyed that I wanted to know what he was putting in my bowl. When the guy finally did listen, he put a random amount of sauce, again, not really taking my suggestions in mind. The problem is that I paid for all of this, so I deserve to get accommodations for my own dang food. Stuff like this usually isn't an issue in the other restaurants I've been to, and those places have always been very nice and accommodating, so this experience was all just "ugh". I'm asking them because I'm buying for my dad as well, and he has food intolerance to certain things. And when we finally got our food, they forgot that we even ordered several bowls! I was handed one thing with a fork and napkins, and then the lady expected me to leave. I usually try to be generous with my reviews, but this experience was just incredibly disappointing.

I was excited to eat at this spot because I was going to be at the mall. It's usually pretty good because it satisfies my craving. When I got there, it was closed. To my surprise, there was a sign that said closed due to INSECT/RODENT INFESTATION. I'm disgusted. I guess I won't be eating there anymore and maybe question the cleanliness of the mall food court too.

Best bang for your buck when looking to eat tasty food at the Galleria. The service is always quick, fresh, and it's fun watching your food get cooked on the big circular griddle! It's a a food court mall so the ambience is, like a food court mall.

We went on a Thursday and the mall was not crowded. Very fast service. They fill your bowl and you can ask for more meat or vegetables. Once the bowl is filled they dump it on the grill and then fill the bowl with noodles. All of them were very polite and friendly. The taste depends on how you customize it with the sauce. My bowl was good

First time I came here my order got mixed up with another customers order whom I had to chase down to switch our orders back. Which in my mind is a simple honest mistake for fast food and my order was made with the thick noodles instead of what I asked for however, I still tipped them which for a lot of people is redundant seeing how you didn't get what you paid for. But, for now this is my second go at it. My food was made exactly how I ordered it. Noticing the difference from thick and thin noodles. Texture and taste changes a bit. If you're going to mix meats beef and chicken isn't the way to go. The mixture become so opposite beef turns slightly fulfilling and chicken just is so thinly sliced the two textures don't compliment one another. So if you are thinking of chicken as a choice it's best just being the main meat ingredient for a fuller more fulfilling taste. Choice of sweet or spicy taste or both. Your choice dependent on your pallet. Taste and texture for the noodles, well that's for you to decide I seem to have a difficult time choosing for the full I'm stuff feel. But for taste to impact you taste buds. Go with the thin because the flavor will soak in a lot faster leaving a more lingering aftertaste in your mouth. For the more filling and tasteful go with the thick noodles. Taste food not to just write a extensively detailed review taste foods because it's meant to be enjoyable. Two stars just because of my first run in experience was not very enjoyable.

The best Mongolian bbq in Greater Sacramento. I wish it wasn't so far from my house. Never had a bad meal here in all the years it has been open. They have mastered how to do it.

The food is good but they are the ones to fill up the bowls for you and the portions definitely aren't what you expect if you are used to self serve Mongolian bbq places. I don't know that's it's worth the money for how much you get. It's mostly noodle filler.

I come here often actually, I enjoy the veggies, the noodles, and the service. It’s always been consistently amazing and the service is very kind of I ask for more of a certain veggie as long as it fits in the bowl. :D I could come here everyday if I my wallet would allow. ?

I got very sick a few hours after eating there and had was going to the bathroom for the next 24 hours. The food was marginal and the noodles were very greasy and not edible.
