Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Super sweet new waitress! Ordered the chicken scampi and received the shrimp scampi. Had to reorder to chicken to go and never got to eat it at the table after an hour. My friend gave me a taste of the Tour of Italy. The lasagna was delicious but the chicken Parmesan and Alfredo was so dry. Our waitress also said she’d honor the bottle price on the wine then we got the bill and she said she couldn’t pet her manager?!?!? We ended up paying for two bottles. This needs to be addressed by the staff and management asap!

The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. We had ordered crispy chicken and when we got the grilled chicken the server went to get us another plate of crispy chicken right away. The restaurant its self is old and hasn’t been updated in what seems like decades.

It’s almost impossible to park anywhere near where they have the front door - The restaurant Entrance is not facing a parking lot

And on the side, the parking Is reserved for order at your car and they’ll bring it out to you. Indicating they really don’t want anyone coming in to their restaurant.

And when I finally found parking and walked all the way around the building, the house was like do you want it to go?

I’m like why do you not wanna have to clean a table so I’ll just go to the mall to the lands End to Get lunch

I went to Olive Garden in Roseville with my family, for the very first time yesterday. But the service wasn't slow at all. It was amazing and it was a great restaurant chain, is because we didn't had to wait so long. It was a fast-approach, and rather than going to other restaurants that we would end up waiting forever. But ideally, I had tried an OG Favorite called the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara. The food was really creamy and fantastic and I would highly recommend to anyone, and especially for the sides of having ongoing garlic breadsticks and salads, and hot tasty soup. It's delicious.

My wife and 4 kids and I had a great experience at OG on 12/5. It was a busy Friday but we were seated quickly and the food was great. What made the experience even better was the service. Anthony our server was personable, knowledgeable, and kind. Even our younger kids noticed how friendly he was and he really enhanced the experience.

The Roseville Galleria Blvd is my favorite location. We always sit in waiter John's section.

The food was good, not stellar, but satisfactory. The service was a little slow, and they weren't too busy. The waiter forgot a few items, and we had to remind him, along with slow service for our drinks and refills, which isnt great when youre eating.

Front waitress where rude since there were 3 but instead of greeting customers they were busy talking to each other and trying to figure out who was going to cover who since they were quite busy but not even a hello. 2nd ask me how many person I said 2 and they started to chat again so I walked away and waited to be seated but they didn't ask fir name . A second couple comes in after me and they were seated before us and called by there name since they did waited until they decide to do procedure correct. I approached the inconvenience to manager and he stated talking to her and waived my appetizer charges but honestly while he was trying his best to do better service she was worst as she approached kitchen area and seen me while I was coming from bathroom she made certain comments and thinking she was the diva and that what ever they told her she didn't care and it was 2 different occasions you can tell she was just trying to give me a hard time. 3rd issue restaurant was full and it seem there was enough employees to be wondering around and talking but bathrooms were very dirty toilet paper around toilets, paper towels dispenser empty and the other one just sitting on top counter of bathroom since im imagen it was not working since I couldn't get non to dry my hands but point period it was a mess in there. Not coming back here for sure I even told my husband this is one of the best restaurants supposedly and located in Roseville next to Roseville galleria and the one on my area looks better than this smh.
