On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina

We met with friends at this spot for lunch. my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we felt excellent. The meal was tasty. We enjoyed every moment and we shall absolutely come back again. Warmly recommended.

This place is horrible. My husband ordered nachos and one of his chips had a hair cooked onto it. They wouldn't take it off the bill at all. I ordered the Chicken tortilla soup and it was super salty and had a chewy piece of chicken fat or skin in it. They did take that off our bill though. I also ordered a burrito that came with rice and beans. The beans were horrible. Not great service or a good experience at all.

It's always fantastic. Great salsa, great chips, great good. I always have to stop myself from eating too much.

first time at this location. same great service, friendly staff and tasty food as others in the chain. i think I might like the layout of this place a bit more than the one on truxel, which has been our favorite for years. this one has nice decor too. clean, no odors. wheelchair scooter walker friendly, including the ladies room.

Always good Mexican food, and we always enjoy our server, Janell. She's always making sure you're happy.

I went in at 10:00. At 10:15 I ordered food. At 11:00 I left with NO FOOD. Why? ALL the cooks were eating, in a corner. My server went to the kitchen two times, empty, no cooks, they were all eating. HORRIBLE. Now I know why NONE of my friends will eat there. They have ALL complained about the slow service.

Really good food. Our waitress was great! We had a good sized group and she managed to take care of all of us without a problem. Prices are reasonable. Would recommend.

Very good food , excellent service. Congenial, clean and very comfortable. I go out of my way to go here. Very convenient to nearby hotels.

I have been coming to this restaurant for almost 20 years and it has been my favorite however in the past year they have started giving smaller salad portions and their delicious jalapeno vinagerette dressing has changed and it is not and it is not as good anymore. Very unfortunate.

It's a nice restaurant but unfortunately there options of salsa are limited to only one type of salsa. They do not have any option of a hot sauce or salsa. The best they could do as to bring us some cut jalapenos.

Food was good and service was great. Had to wait too long for desert.

As usual, our server, Janell, was awesome and food hot and on time. Yummy!! Joe, the manager (at Galleria in Roseville) is truly one of the best managers you have working and he's a super nice guy! All together, a perfect 10 from my wife and I. Awesome job!

Average food and the service was poor for a day when the restaurant was not even half full. On top the check was incorrect. Will avoid next time if I have any other half decent option.
