The pearl they used were not fully cooked and smelled bad/tasted so bad too. Unfortunate but this boba had the worst taste ever. All my family had diarrhea after having it. I should have trusted why this store had so low rating.

Walked in and nobody greeted us and the girls and 1 guy working were super quiet. Got a taro milk tea that tasted nothing like taro, it was more like an oreo drink and the color was just dark brown.

I got the Oolong Milk Tea - 25% sweet. This is an ok boba place, tbh there’s better places boba places such as T4. but if it’s convenient to go here, I recommend getting 25% sweet to 0% bc the boba has a thick layer of brown sugar, more that other places.

Got some boba brown sugar milktea yesterday, I had to throw it out, the guy literally scraped the bottom of the pan of boba and put in the cup for my drink, it was burnt (why cant they just give me a fresh one?) When afterwards they made my drink they put the new batch of boba out. The drink was nasty boba was burnt and ruined the drink, what a waste of money. Not only that but handed me the drink that was leaking everywhere the plastic cover wasnt sealed properly.
The place and atmosphere were really depressing. Like the other reviews, the employees look like they dont want to work there. The whole place felt depressing if they aren’t smiling, atmosphere is

This place serves the worse boba tea. The drinks are so diluted. They have no flavor. There was this asian girl who has no expression on her face & she only says 1-2 words at a time. All the workers look as if they are forced to work in labor camp. they seems so unhappy, I almost feel bad foe them. in the end, she got my tea wrong! I give up on this place.

My tea was actually really good! I was unsure due to the reviews at first. I got the original one zo milk tea and jasmine milk with honey boba, one with light sweet and one with no sweet and it was perfect! The boba consistency was chewy but not too chewy. I would definitely get it every time I’m back in the area.
