No service No greetings Nothing they have but OKAY milk tea. You can taste milk and tea and creamer. So disappointed about this place after visiting there. All staffs pretend not to see you even though they saw you there.

Been here a few times already since their opening and it has not improved. Today I came in and ordered their brown sugar boba milk tea and the boba ruined the drink. I’m not sure how boba can taste rancid, unless maybe the syrup was left out for days and reused. The one pearl I ate, disintegrated and was so mushy and repulsive. First time I had to toss a boba drink

Ordered one of their boba teas with their boba pearls… and please for the love of all things healthy and sanitary , do not go to this place!!!
I read some other comments how other people’s drinks made them sick or have GI problems… I should’ve listened .
I didn’t drink it until I was driving on my way home. I took a sip of my drink and noticed the boba pearls were not fresh at all. And to make things worse, I took a few sips to make sure I wasn’t tripping, and I absolutely gagged when I realized that not only were the boba petals not fresh but they were so bad and overdue! It tasted like it was left in the fridge overnight possibly and the boba petals started going bad but they still served it! The whole drink was SPOILED!!!
I really wanted to like this place but when a boba place is not providing quality service or quality drinks, especially when it’s something that can make you sick, it is very disgusting and unacceptable.

Ordered two drinks with boba. The boba was old, stale, dry, almost crunchy. I've never had boba with this poor quality and lack of freshness. I get we came in on a Tuesday after a holiday, but you need to still make sure you serve fresh drinks every day. Neither of us finished our drinks. I do not recommend this boba place. Go downstairs to the coffee place outside of Nordstrom. Their drinks are crafted fresh and taste great.

Daughter an I yesterday while doing some black friday shopping went in for 2 TAI TEAS with BOBBA and received 2 room temperature drinks an today both of us are glued to the TOILET because of SPOILED MILK used for this drink.... I paid $15 for these drinks only to end up up sick missing work today.. thanks alot. Next time so the WORLD A FAVOR an keep an eye on those 3 knuckle headed kids you have running the front counter.... an making sure your products at the PROPER TEMP THEIR SUPPOSED TO BE.... ILL NEVER GO BACK.
The worst boba I have ever had, by far. I’m not picky at all, but this was exceptionally bad. Save your money and go elsewhere!

The pearl they used were not fully cooked and smelled bad/tasted so bad too. Unfortunate but this boba had the worst taste ever. All my family had diarrhea after having it. I should have trusted why this store had so low rating.

Walked in and nobody greeted us and the girls and 1 guy working were super quiet. Got a taro milk tea that tasted nothing like taro, it was more like an oreo drink and the color was just dark brown.
Boba is over cooked and milk tea is watered down.
