The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a strawberry smoothie with boba, but they forgot to add the boba at first. When I finally got my order, it wasn’t even a smoothie — just crushed ice with a bit of strawberry syrup

I always get a brown sugar milk tea with oat milk and it's the best one I can find in this city.
Like sometimes I only go to the mall to come here out of every other boba place on the way 😅
Like one time someone was confused about the oat milk part, but I'm lactose intolerant girlie. They make it right for me.

First time I went I got the taro smoothie and I really enjoyed it. It was a deep purple color and it was really flavorful, customer service wasn't great but I let that stuff slide most of the time.
Second visit today was not great.
Was looking forward to the taro smoothie again, the girl at the register was friendly enough but the taro smoothie was horrible this time. Light purple with little to no flavor and icy. I came back and explained I wasn't happy, the man behind the counter lacked any care or customer service at all, acted like I was bothering him and irritating. I don't care because I'm not paying for something I don't like. Remade it, I thanked him and left, with no acknowledgement from him.
I returned moments later after tasting the same bland drink and asked for my money back, again, no customer service no apology, no care. I won't be back and I will tell friends to stay away as well.

No service No greetings Nothing they have but OKAY milk tea. You can taste milk and tea and creamer. So disappointed about this place after visiting there. All staffs pretend not to see you even though they saw you there.

Been here a few times already since their opening and it has not improved. Today I came in and ordered their brown sugar boba milk tea and the boba ruined the drink. I’m not sure how boba can taste rancid, unless maybe the syrup was left out for days and reused. The one pearl I ate, disintegrated and was so mushy and repulsive. First time I had to toss a boba drink

I read some other comments how other people’s drinks made them sick or have GI problems… I should’ve listened .
I didn’t drink it until I was driving on my way home. I took a sip of my drink and noticed the boba pearls were not fresh at all. And to make things worse, I took a few sips to make sure I wasn’t tripping, and I absolutely gagged when I realized that not only were the boba petals not fresh but they were so bad and overdue! It tasted like it was left in the fridge overnight possibly and the boba petals started going bad but they still served it! The whole drink was SPOILED!!!
I really wanted to like this place but when a boba place is not providing quality service or quality drinks, especially when it’s something that can make you sick, it is very disgusting and unacceptable.

Ordered two drinks with boba. The boba was old, stale, dry, almost crunchy. I've never had boba with this poor quality and lack of freshness. I get we came in on a Tuesday after a holiday, but you need to still make sure you serve fresh drinks every day. Neither of us finished our drinks. I do not recommend this boba place. Go downstairs to the coffee place outside of Nordstrom. Their drinks are crafted fresh and taste great.
