Genuinely the worst experience I've had with any waiter. The waitress came out already mad with an attitude, and asked us all for what drinks we wanted. She then proceeded to mess up the drink order and only bring out 1 straw for the 8 drinks? She never gave us more straws, the food runner had to get them for us. The waitress then proceeded to smack my house salad on the table, making a couple croutons fly off and never apologized. After, when I asked for Tabasco, she came back with Tabasco in a sauce cup filled about 1/10 of the way for a 13 ounce steak! Honestly the worst experience here, do not recommend. The food runner was the sweetest though!

Danny/Roseville Outback gave us excellent service! He was very attentive , patient and didn’t rush us. The food was really good also.
The Outback Steakhouse in Roseville, CA was spectacular on Veterans Day 2025. They offered a free meal on a limited but still tasty menu entre along with a small sized dessert. Their dessert was so popular that they ran out ans all they had remaining was a Brownie Ice Cream Sundae. On Veterans Day, restaurants are always packed and when they gave me the estimated tine frame for a seat in their restaurant, it was relatively on schedule an hour wait time. I give The Outback Steakhouse in Roseville at 5 of 5 Stars, which is a no-brainer since supporting Veterans ans Active Service Duty members of our Armed Forces. Which is always the 5th Star. I and my family enjoyed the service and food. Thank you.

I want to take a moment to update my review and give Outback the acknowledgment they truly earned.
When my boyfriend and I first visited, we had a very poor experience with our server, and I left feeling frustrated and honestly ready to never come back. I even had a whole review typed up in my drafts because I was that disappointed. But before posting it, I reached out and I’m so glad I did.
From the moment we spoke with Briana G. , the manager, the entire energy shifted. She treated us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. She listened, she understood, and she went out of her way to make things right. The team member assisting us during our initial encounter (I wish I caught her name!) was equally warm and helpful as well . Their approach made it very clear that my first experience with the rude server wasn’t a reflection of the whole Outback team.
I’m a big believer in acknowledging when people go above and beyond, and the way they handled everything completely restored my faith in this location. Instead of letting one person’s mistake define my view, Briana and her staff showed me why this Outback still deserves five stars !
My boyfriend and I are already planning our return this weekend and yes, I already know exactly what I’m ordering. 😄 Sometimes it’s not about a perfect first impression, but about how a business chooses to make it right. And they absolutely did.
