We don't often leave one-star reviews, but unfortunately our experience was negatively impacted by the hosting staff. The three individuals responsible for greeting and seating guests (two women and one man), including the woman who appeared to be a supervisor or lead host, came across as disengaged, displayed a noticeable attitude, and were unwelcoming. A bit of retraining in basic hospitality, guest acknowledgment, and customer service would go a long way toward improving the experience.

Delicious We had Mongolian beef and sweet and sour chicken. We ordered two red sangrias with mandarin vodka and an edamame appetizer . Very pleasant evening. Dinner was well paced

Fantastic Mongolian Beef, Crab Wonton, Green Beans with chili garlic sauce and chicken Lettuce Wraps! Oh, and the Frozen Cranberry Martini and Wall of Chocolate topped off our birthday celebration! Thank you PFC!!!

Had a business lunch meeting recently, originally was situated center room however when I asked to move to a more conducive corner seating area the server was happy to oblige. Menu was extensive, The NA strawberry lime drink was very refreshing. 10/10. My guest and myself both noticed several discrepancies during service. When soups came out, I was given the wrong one then proceeded to wait for an extensive period of time while my guest ate. When shared cucumber salad (also a 10/10) and meals came out, there was no offer of a serving spoon and fork to actually share the cucumber salad, we had to ask midway of our meal then again wait for a utensil before continuing, which made it feel awkward. When the bill was presented our server was nice enough, and she also seemed determined to give us the details, in length, re reward account benefits, which we weren't requiring. Is it value for money? I'd say it's acceptable. Would I return? Possibly, knowing that service was intermittent at best.

our server was SOOOO slow. we were there like a fine dining experience - timing wise. my wine took a long time to get delivered to me and usually drinks should come first. appetizers arrived before drinks. we haven't been to a PFChang in years and thought we should try it out again. maybe diff locations have different qualities.

We had a 6pm reservation for Christmas Eve and we never got seated. We waiting until 7pm and asked when we be seated and they said it would be another 40 min and the kitchen was a hour behind. We ended up leaving. PF Changs obviously overbooked reservation and needs to review their system. We use to love coming to this restaurant but we will be going somewhere else for Christmas Eve dinner in the future. .

we had reservations for Christmas Eve, we arrived on time and they were an hour and a half behind schedule even with a reservation Someone messed up overbooked way too many people. I felt bad for the older couple that said they had been there for an hour and a half past the reservation. Spoke to a manager and he said sorry for running behind. There's nothing I can do very empathetic..

Christmas Eve 2025: We were excited to secure a 6:15pm reservation, originally for 6 people, and then 2 days before was able to easily change it to 12 people over the phone. I was honestly surprised at how easy it was considering it's a popular holiday to eat out. We found out why--apparently they gave EVERYONE a reservation and didn't take into consideration what their restaurant could actually handle. We arrived 10 min early to a completely full parking lot and people spilling outside from the overcrowded lobby (you could barely get to the host stand). We were told we would have to wait a bit, as they were running behind. After about 15 min or so, it became clear that everyone else in this insanely packed crowd also had reservations, many had been there waiting for 60-90 minutes for a RESERVATION on Christmas Eve! Myself, as well as multiple others, tried to ask the hosts for a REAL estimate of how long our wait would be. No one would ever give an actual timeframe, but just kept asking for patience. I then witnessed a horrible exchange between a customer and male host (the customer was NOT acting inappropriately given the situation), and I witnessed the male host use profanity toward the man and also told him "there's the door". I was in shock. On a normal day most people would just leave, but this was a special holiday and there was little to no change of getting in to any other restaurant . We watched multiple groups leave, and our group made the decision to leave after being there for 40 minutes, realizing that no parties were even being seated. This was a horrible holiday experience for everyone, and the most unprofessional situation I had ever seen. Clearly whoever is running that place doesn't understand how to run a busy restaurant on a holiday; too many reservations were given out, too many take out orders were placed, and the entire thing was a disaster. I can guarantee we will not be back and I would assume many others there that night will never return.

Had reservations for six for Christmas Eve. When we arrived at six, we were told it'd be at least an hour wait. At 7:30 we were told it would be another 30 minutes. When I asked about the kitchen I was told the kitchen is backed up over an hour. So best case we would eat at 9:00 No excuse for an experience restaurant . Cut off the go food. Extremely poor management. I will never go to P.F. Chang's again !!!

The host Chris was So what’s the word for it - inept? That I walked out and left I’ll go to a different restaurant

I walked up and said one person just me, and I’d like a seat at one of the little tables by the bar

and he looked at me like He didn’t know what to do.

So I asked him are you not open and ready for customers yet? Since it was three minutes before noon

His response how many are in your party? I Let him know I’d already told him that that it was one person, He asked if I had a preference on seating and I told him I already told you that also.

Most of all, he wasn’t friendly he wasn’t nice. He wasn’t welcoming and he is the host.

Second hit and miss with this restaurant not gonna try for a third. I will steer my friends and family away from this place.

This place has really went down the drain. I use to love PF Chang but now it’s just not worth the money. I ordered take out and spent $70 dollars and the food was dry and tasted like it was sitting for quite some time. Did not taste fresh. It sure didn’t look fresh. I will never order takeout from them again.

Yesterday was my granddaughters 3rd birthday and we chose to eat here and it went perfect, are server was really great to us feeding into the child birthday thing, the food was great, everything was just great for all of us, thanks for the great food and making our moment the best. It was exactly what we expected and got. A++++ Thank you.
