The highlight of our dining experience on Friday 3/14/2025 was the inattentive service that we received from our server "Macie". Initially, she avoided making any kind of contact for first 5 minutes when we were seated as if this table was not assigned to her. After our drinks order came in we asked for straws 4 times. Every time she said she will get it and did not. So after 5 minutes, I had to ask a different server to get the straws for us. Appetizers and food were served by different servers and Macie just came to check if we needed boxes. She counted that 4 boxes will be needed and brought back 3 boxes. So again we had to call her and tell that we need a additional box. I am sure she has been working at this location for some time but chose to ignore (or did it on purpose) that she needs to give a carry bag when a customer is taking away 4 boxes of food. There was no asking if we wanted dessert when we were in mood of getting one. Just gave us the check without us even asking for one. Is the management at this location not paying attention and ignoring this kind of server attitude?

Now for food - It appears PF Chang is trying to maximize profit in every possible way - prices have increased, portion sizes are getting smaller... For our order of Chicken Lettuce Wrap, we had to wonder if they had put just 1 piece of lettuce. So we counted and there were 6 tiny pieces of lettuce. Sushi rolls were smaller in size. Other food was just okay.

Overall, not a positive dining experience.

Well what should I say about this experience? I remember when PF Changs first came out. It was an exciting time, this place was a new fun way to enjoy “Chinese dishes” . Now it’s just a bit worn out and not as fun. The first thing that stood out was it felt dirty, little things like stuff in the floor, soy sauce bottle was greasy and dirty, the table tent was especially dirty and greasy. I don’t know about you but I love sitting down at a table that’s clean. For our meek we did the dinner for two. Here is what we ordered:

Chicken lettuce wraps - good like I remembered but feel the lettuce is getting smaller and smaller

Pan fried pot stickers pork - these were good no complaints

To drink we were going to get 9 ounce pours of Pinot but buying the bottle was a better deal.

Egg drop soup - standard flavor nothing really stood out, so it’s ok.

Mongolian Beef - was actually pretty good, only thing I wish they would change is the green onions, wish they were smaller or chopped up more.

Pad-Thai chicken - just ok, not exciting really tasted more like a breakfast dish since the egg was in big clumps, probably won’t order again.

Brown rice - over cooked

Overall experience was fine, it’s great to pop in when you have a craving for salty msg flavors.

See you next time.

Before I ordered I called to see if an item on the menu was available dairy free, nut free and soy free. Manager noted item wasn't. Then ordered online for some food. Gabe me a 10 minute pick up time. I was about 30 minutes away for pick up. Parking lot was empty less then 10 cars even during rush hour. Food was waiting in the the side reception area. Ordered 3 items which cost $60. Overpriced for the amount of food received. More rice than meat and vegetables. Mind you thr food was lit even in some type of warmer because once I brought to the car it was cold. This location is an 1 hr away from where i live so I expect it to be warm at least on the way home. Yes I was 30 minutes late but for it to be picked up cold is not right. Orange chicken did not taste authentic. Kung poa shrimp had no flavor what so ever. Egg roll was dry even with sauce on side.

Server was great. The salad was full of those wheat noodles and not a lot of salad...

Very good food. Perhaps a little greasy, although it is Chinese food so it is to be expected. We still really enjoyed the meal though. Service was a bit slow but it was a Saturday night.

Can't say enough about the service. The folks there were attentive and just plain fun. The wife had to have lettuce wraps and I enjoyed the orange chicken.

All staff were very friendly and attentive to needs. Food was flavorful and portion size was enough to share. Happy hour in the bar includes several appetizers and drinks for a discount price. Per the host bar happy hour is all day every day! Will be back for sure!

Vegetarian options: My favorite is the side dish for spicy green beans.
