I’ve come here many times over the years and feel the quality of food has gone down drastically. I should have just saved the money and gone to Panda Express. It’s the same quality.

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had in my life do not ever waste your time money or effort to go to PF Changs they have the worst staff the coldest food the limited amount of actual portions I would never ever in my life trust them because even after talking to the management twice they still do not correct the situation they suck

Ordered lunch for my entire work crew yesterday. Upon arrival the staff were not friendly or inviting, and kept telling me to stand over “there by the window” which was empty. I stood there over 10 minutes just for another girl to say, “can I help you” which I reply in waiting on the online order I placed, she says oh okay and walks away. Another few minutes goes by and a guy comes to me asking the same thing.. which I reply again the same response. He leans down and grabs my food and hands it over. Meaning the other girl just walked away from my order making it sit even longer. This was for a special event at my job, it was not cheap and it was crap. The food was cold, flavorless and the spring rolls weren’t even crunchy. The crab puffs were the worst I had ever had in my life. I spit it out it was that terrible. They tasted old and like rotten fish to be honest. This saddest meal we’ve sourced for our team, and to top it off- customer service was crap. Overpriced Panda Express. I tried to call in my complaint-and the phone rang and rang and rang.

Food is always good here. Service could have engaged more. Tables around me were dirty and stayed dirty during my meal. It was not busy and plenty of staff walking past dirty tables. Could have easily been cleaned and reset for better appeal.

It was ok. Not the P.F.'s I remember though because it had been years. The service was good. Atmosphere was warm/hot because idk if the AC was broken or what, but it wasn't cool.
Inflexible with meal adjustments. Greasy food. We will not be back when we can simply go to any other restaurant and be granted slight food modification such as soft tofu instead of fried!!!
