Well what should I say about this experience? I remember when PF Changs first came out. It was an exciting time, this place was a new fun way to enjoy “Chinese dishes” . Before I ordered I called to see if an item on the menu was available dairy free, nut free and soy free. Manager noted item wasn't. Then ordered online for some food. Gabe me a 10 minute pick up time. I was about 30 minutes away for pick up. Parking lot was empty less then 10 cars even during rush hour. Food was waiting in the the side reception area. Very good food. Perhaps a little greasy, although it is Chinese food so it is to be expected. We still really enjoyed the meal though. Service was a bit slow but it was a Saturday night.
