While waiting in line a customer in front of me became extremely loud. She didn't want an item due to sauce being unavailable. The staff immediately offered to replace the item. She made her choice and then complained because what she decided on was being made. The staff was very patient offered to make another substitution, double checked the order to ensure it was correct and never lost their composure although the customer kept complaining. Being in customer service I was extremely impressed with how the situation was handled!!

chow mein was a lil dry and chewy, but the orange chicken and broccoli beef was on point.
Man this Panda always fails. I come in at lunch time. No cooks in the back and half the doshes are empty. My server can't speak English and understand I am fine taking the old butt end of the dish because I don'nt want to wait. She just repeats 3 min 3 min. Like it isnt even her fault. They never stock anything here.

The food is always panda express quality but the employees seem annoyed and bicker with eachother behind the counter. There is zero enthusiasm or appreciation for our patronage. I think they me be overwhelmed with the internet orders.... either way it's not our fault. We shouldn't be ushered along with irritation.

The customer service at this establishment was lacking. The employees appeared to be disinterested and irritated, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for the customers. The food also did not meet the standards of other Panda Express restaurants, with an unusual aftertaste. As a former employee of Panda Express, I understand the importance of greeting customers with a smile and being courteous, which was not the case at this location. The overall experience was disappointing and did not reflect the usual standards of the restaurant chain.
