Google says this location opens at 9:30 AM. We arrived at 9:35 with our three children, but the doors were locked. The staff inside clearly saw us waiting, but no one acknowledged us or opened the door. We sat at an outside table and waited another 15 minutes — still nothing. Very unprofessional and frustrating, especially with small kids. If the hours have changed, they should update them online.

While waiting in line a customer in front of me became extremely loud. She didn't want an item due to sauce being unavailable. The staff immediately offered to replace the item. She made her choice and then complained because what she decided on was being made. The staff was very patient offered to make another substitution, double checked the order to ensure it was correct and never lost their composure although the customer kept complaining. Being in customer service I was extremely impressed with how the situation was handled!!
