I'm an Asian guy who really enjoys Chinese food, especially at Panda Express. However, my recent experience at the Panda Express in Roseville was incredibly disappointing and saddening. I was treated horribly solely because of my Asian ethnicity. This server named KEVELYNE had the audacity to yell at me in Spanish, knowing damn well that I couldn't understand her. I could tell from her emotions that she was cursing at me, which is completely unacceptable. I also believe she despises her job. It all started when I was trying to order my food, and she rudely rushed me and displayed a mean attitude. Ever since I moved to Roseville, I've been going to this location at least three times a week. I'll admit, sometimes I struggle to order due to my accent, which they find difficult to comprehend. Maybe that's why she became impatient, but it's still utterly unacceptable and incredibly sad. I felt disrespected, and unfortunately, I think it's solely because I'm Asian that she treated me this way. It's really disheartening. Given how often I visit this store and how well they know me, I no longer trust them. I was left feeling humiliated.

Its Panda, but its pretty tasty, they always have fresh, hot entrees and decent service. They hook it up with the portions sometimes which is always appreciated!

Someone with a Hispanic appearance asks for some type of sauce and they don't add it and then the displeasure is when you open the bag to eat, there are no garnishes, I think they call them complementary things to the main dish. (I'm talking about a young lady with a Hispanic appearance but she claims she doesn't know English. Cirby and Sunrise store Roseville CA.

The customer service at this establishment was lacking. The employees appeared to be disinterested and irritated, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for the customers. The food also did not meet the standards of other Panda Express restaurants, with an unusual aftertaste. As a former employee of Panda Express, I understand the importance of greeting customers with a smile and being courteous, which was not the case at this location. The overall experience was disappointing and did not reflect the usual standards of the restaurant chain.

I bought chicken in pieces and found wide, sharp bones in the food! I would not recommend this place for those who like a tasty snack.

I am a big fan of Panda Express but my food here was inedible.Hair in my food and and vegetables were old, shriveled, rubbery, and brown. Worst meal ever.As far as service, I ordered ahead and my "food" was ready on time, so that was good. And the ambiance is just normal Panda.Broccoli beef had no beef, just mostly brown rotten broccoli. But food just was bad, go to the one by birdcage.Update: tried to eat it but had to spit it out in a napkin. It takes spoiled.

Manager always gives the smallest scoops of entrees with barely any food. When asked she says it’s store policy. Not questioning how many scoops but at least give a normal amount of what is being asked for….

I've been there several times now. Food is good but sometimes you're made to wait up to 5 minutes while they cook more. Seems like they would start cooking more sooner when they see their products being sold so quickly instead of making 4 to 6 customers at a time stand off in a corner waiting for the food they want.
