Panda is express is basic cheap Chinese fast food. I get the family plan which includes 3 entres like orange chicken or sizzling beef entres and two sides such as fried rice or chow mein. If you are hungry on a budget and want Chinese food, go for it. If you want authentic spicy Hunan or Sczechuan food find a local restaurant.
This panda location needs to improve on better customer service. I was asking for two bigger plates and was being treated incorrectly by MARIA from the front service line , unfriendly and incompetent. Unpleasant service, please consider the treatment that customers receive when we’re respectfully asking for our order.

I’ve been going to panda, for like 20 years now? Pretty simple process, order online or the app, go pick it up and ask for a few packs of the chili sauce.
I asked the lady who gave me my food, if I could have a couple packets of the chili sauce. She just looked at me, and said no you have to request it. I said, I know, that is why I’m requesting chili sauce. Then she said no, you have to request it. And then she just walked away.
$15 lunch, and I can’t even get chili sauce for my meal.. Good thing there’s 1000 other places to eat in this area

Lead Hill location doesn't have as high of quality as other Panda Express locations. They treat online orders as Uber Pickups and not individuals picking up their dinner. What that means is sauces are not put in the bag as requested, Beijing beef entree item was way overcooked and dry. Not a good location to eat at.

Glad it was free because all I had was Green Beans and a bunch of cabbage in my chow Maine.. I had crumbs of sesame batter not even any chicken bites. Yuck threw it away. Mobile order
I will need to check this place out again. I ordered a family pack. A couple of the containers were full. The rest were only about 1/ 2 to 3 /4 full. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for an associate to acknowledge me so I could get the order I phoned in.

The food quality and taste is very consistent with other locations. There seemed to be less choices than some other locations, or maybe they wejust out of some dishes. The service was adequate. The dinner area is fairly large with plenty of tables.
