It's a typical Panda Express restaurant. When I went there, it was dinner time and there were about ten people waiting to order. But I ordered it online and specified a pick-up time, so the payment has already been made and I just need to pick it up.The employees were working efficiently. There was no one eating in the dining room, nor at the dining tables outside. Everyone was relaxing at home and enjoying their meal. The dining area was clean. The restaurants that are clean and efficient are the ones where you can eat with peace of mind.Parking: It's easy to find, located at the edge of the Walmart shopping center.Kid-friendliness: Very ordinary fast food restaurant.I just didn't see any badly behaved children.

Their website says they close at 10 I was there 10 minutes before 10. And all they offered me with some old leftover food that had been cooked earlier tonight. They were not gonna cook anything new. So my only option and I brought my daughter there with me for dinner was for us to eat some Food that I’ve been sitting there for a while . Bad customer service I called on the phone first heading that way and told them what I wanted. They should’ve told me over the phone. They were not preparing anything new. Waste of my time.

Normally this place is on point, but tonight was odd. We went in late, around 8:45, but they close at 10:30. They were out of chow mein, so we decided to wait for it. Only for it to have to be made by some guy who was too busy talking with coworkers in the back. Overheard that this coworker, who was supposed to make the chow mein, was "upset" he had to make more, even though they were open for another hour and a half. The guy was pretty tall with long hair and short facial hair. Ended up waiting over 15 minutes for chow mein. About 8 of those minutes was this guy not wanting to make it. If you don't want to make food, find a different job. I've worked in the food industry for over 10 years, I'd understand if they closed at 9 and we came in at 8:45 and this guy was upset. But they were open for over an hour and a half, the chow mein had to be made regardless of me or my wife wanting any.

The manager is very stingy with the portion sizes gave me only 3 pieces of orange chicken in my bowl and then proceeded to give the lady behind me two scoops of orange chicken in her bowl.

Okay, let's be real. No one is going to Panda Express for an elevated dining experience. We go because it's affordable and consistent, if a little bland. Cut to December 5, 2023. Whoever was cooking this evening is the REAL DEAL. Three friends and I all ordered plates to go and were SHOCKED by the journey to Flavortown we were taken on. Management: whoever is your usual Tuesday evening chef... give them a HUGE raise and get all of their secrets. This was no Panda Express - this was Panda EXPERT.

No sauces I asked for we're in the bag. The quality of food has gone down. The honey walnut shrimp barely had a few bites of walnuts. I like walnuts but this was embarrassing. I hope this review contributes to some sort of change in the quality of food service.

Came in about 9pm. Usually the food is fresh. Always! I turned a little skeptical as soon as I walked in because everyone behind the counter were just kinda hanging out. The food looked like It was sitting there for hours. Almost Everything had one serving in each pan that looked a little raunchy. I tried to order the family meal because the orange chicken was the only thing that looked decent..I wanted the chilli shrimp also but I very nervous it was soft an mushy from sitting for so long. I didn't want to get a full box of it finding out after I paid ..it was gross. So I asked "Joe" if I could sample one. He immediately said no we don't give samples.I replied that's not true. He then stated some Panda expresses do some don't..sorry. I asked well what if I don't like it and I pay all this money for old tasting food..he just shrugged his shoulders and said sorry. I got to the register ready to pay 45 bucks and just could not do it... I had to walk away. It seemed as if he was training new employees. I hope they don't learn that is okay to stand around and NOT serve fresh hot food as like any other Panda express. This place was very dissapointing. Never again.
