The food is good, but they moved the rapid pick up shelf behind the counter. So, even if you order ahead of time you still have to wait in line to get your food. So, unfortunately that wastes more of my lunch break time and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

Panera is apparently now enforcing a “90 minute only” stay. They place stickers on every single table saying this. After sitting for an hour with my lunch and work I was approached multiple times and asked to leave. Very unfriendly service

I haven’t been to Panera in a while, and compared to old times, the iconic Frontage Chicken only misses the chicken. It’s mostly bread now.

They use the kiosks now like Taco Bell. Felt invisible nobody greeted me. All I wanted was a coffee and pastry. Filled out my order paid. Still nobody around had to speak up for myself asked if I could just grab a cup for coffee "oh ya go help yourself." Light roast is empty. Gal grabs the pastry, again it is only because I spoke up that they even saw me. Not a fan! (Pastry was cold tastes premade).
If you like good soups and Salds or something quick, this is the place. I always order a Cheddar broccoli soup with a Southwestern salad.

This Panera catered both breakfast and lunch for a 50-person work event we had in Roseville. When the food arrived we found there wasn't enough breakfast and lunch didn't reflect the dietary restrictions people had RSVP'd with. The ordering mistake was *our fault* and NOT on the part of Panera, we learned after calling Panera and looking at the order form.
The staff and their manager Oscar were really great and worked with us over the course of two or three phone calls to amend our order, deliver additional breakfast quickly, and update the lunch order before delivery to trade out meat sandwiches to vegetarian options and salads for gluten free and low-carb orders.
They were really great and we wanted to reflect this appreciation for them for responding quickly to our needs and being flexible in updating our order!
