I ordered a takeout sandwich from Panera bread this afternoon, and I was extremely disappointed! It was the basil, bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich. There were a few strips of microwave bacon right out of the package, a few super thin slices of tomato and arugula lettuce on dry bread. Please don’t waste your money on the sandwich. 😏

Selections are great. However, If you’re just passing through and short on time, it’s quite frustrating to place a quick to-go order and get the wrong items. Last time, I called this to their attention and was told I could pick up the correct order, but that didn’t help—I was rushing to pick up family members and couldn’t spare the time. Please ensure that orders are prepared accurately to avoid this issue in the future.

Worst smoothies! Mango smoothie tasted horrible. No mango pieces, slight flavor with greek yogurt no sweetness to balance, very Bland. No gluten free pastries offered or bread for sandwiches. Never want to waste my money here again.

I arrived at this place around 7 p.m. on Sunday. Very clean and friendly place. The food was delicious, but the bread was hard to bite on. Otherwise it would have been an awesome experience!

45 MINUTE BAGEL AND SANDWICH Went in for breakfast with my wife in August, while getting car fixed. 830 am. 1 cashier 1 person making food. 6 customers in store. I ordered a toasted bagel and an egg sandwich. I asked the cashier how long the wait would be, she said maybe 15 minutes. The woman in kitchen was a MANAGER from another store. My bagel and sandwich took 45 MINUTES to make. I will NEVER COME BACK! You should be ASHAMED of yourselves!!!!
