Self check out is awful. Do not use. They force you to use buy making a wall out of the machines, then punish the cashier by making them do more behind the scenes for not making us use them. Then they hire less employees which they already under pay. So you get less service and wait even longer. I waitied 10m to pick up an order already placed 5m prior.

Not impressed with this location. Got a grubhub order from here and they either don’t care at all or certainly don’t care about take out orders. Not in line with my expectations of Panera quality…salad with wilty, poor quality lettuce and a sandwich with meh meat and very little toppings…it was like fast food vibes or airport food

I went to this Panera a third time now. Each time I don't feel you get the quality for the price you pay. Staff is wonderful. I was very disappointed in ordering the you pick 2, and it's $14. The half of a simple sandwich with minimal chicken was 7.70. The cup of broccoli cheddar soup was 6.20! The soup was great! The chicken half sandwich was a joke that they would charge that much for a super small serving of chicken that didn't even cover the half of the square normal piece of bread I had. No drink no side and my total was $16. If I can avoid it I will not be eating here again. The other two times I've eaten here is again because a person in our group picked it. Not a good value for someone who is budget conscious.

Amazing place to go to, tried the pepperoni mozzarella and the cheese was absolutely soft and stretchy. On top of that i ordered the chocolate croissant and it satisfied my sweet tooth. I ended up asking for the prep chefs names and while i cant really remember who they were, i remember Xan was the one who really stood out to me. Ill come again!

I absolutely love this specific Panera Bread location!! The food is absolutely exquisite and the service is even better! The most lovely young gentleman, Eric, always helps me out with my usual order and makes sure I get the best experience every time I come here, which is often. In fact, when I'm out and about I frequently see Eric helping kittens out of trees and accompanying elderly women crossing the street. What a guy! Can't wait to visit this Panera again soon, as I am a regular.

It's Panera Bread. Not bad for the price you pay. I have never dined in, always done take out. Orders are never completed on time when they state it will be and usually need to add an extra 10 to 20 minutes on top of the completion time. This has been my experience multiple times. All in all I still return and just factor that additional time into my take out.

Morning crew worked hard and quickly on my big to+go order. Very courteous and effective. Comfortable dining area is a nice place to meet a friend.Dietary restrictions: They ask about food allergies for each item when you order ahead online.Parking: You can definitely park here but it's a busy lot nearest the restaurant. More spaces towards Wendy's.

Service was good, quality of pastries is down I remember fresh made and baked pastries, now there frozen. Price is outrageous and the final draw for me. A u pick 2, pecan braid (horrible), 1 drink and a cappuccino is not worth 30$. Sadly I will not return.

We always order the family meal from Panera and we are never disappointed. It comes with 4 half sandwiches, salad, soup and a baguette. They never mess up our order. It has been awhile since I have eaten at the restaurant. Will I order take out from here again? Definitely.

I went to this location about three times and the first two times, it was a good experience overall....BUT third time which was today and it was a completely different experience which I feel like I shouldn't go to this location...I haven't ate any food today, only drank water because I had a very busy day like most and I ate there.....and got food poisoning within 25 mins, vommited and had to get my car towed because the pain was so intense and picked up....I don't know if the prep the food right or had the right temperature or whatever it was.....but I highly recommend that you try to stay away and not risk any chances of getting sick....I dislike writing bad reviews but I also dislike getting sick.
