We have ordered from this location more times I can count in the last five years. I don’t know what’s been going on in the last six months, but we have had wrong orders, and our deliveries have been well over an hour late. I called the store just now and the lady was short with me. Said she was busy, that it would be 15 more minutes, and then hung up.

Edit: Arrived almost 2 hours late and our order was wrong!

Pizza is not fully cooked and it’s falling apart.

This was my first visit to Papa Johns Pizza. Staff member Sam, welcomed me in and gave me a quick menu tour. I chose one topping sausage pizza. As soon as I bit into the pie, I knew quality ingredients was put deep off in it! I can smell the fresh organic ingredients that played with my senses and boy oh boy, what a dance. This pizza kicks off my Birthday. Thank you

I order from them quite often. This one time I was far away from them and by mistake I forgot to change the location. I called them after 5 minutes to request a cancellation but they didn't even try at all. The lady working there wasn't nice too.
They would have earned so much goodwill from me but now they lose a customer and get these 3 stars that they deserve.
The pizza is decent and they are far from the highway. No restrooms.

Used to be good but not sure what has happened over the past two months. The cheese is bismal at best and some parts of the pizza are just dough and sauce. Disappointing as we love papa johns. WE gave it a few chances and it is the same everytime. Little cheese and blank spaces on the pizza.

The staff had no access to be able to charge for the larger 1 topping $10.98 as advertised on TV. But they did try to cut me a deal. The end result was $23.68 instead of 19.98. I'll stay Papa Murphy's take and bake from now on.

I have had papa johns before and loved the pizza and the experience however not so much at the foothills location in roseville ca I will not go there again and of it speaks to the overall quality of papa johns now I won't be back at all my son spent 50 on one large pizza and 15 boneless wings I think he got 5 toppings although there were next to no toppings on the pizza and almost no sauce as a matter of fact it mostly looked like crust with a little cheese the boneless wings seemed like microwaved chicken nuggets soggy so disappointing I do not recommend ordering here

The owner or manager of the store made an accusation that my account was fraud or that it was flagged when picking up the pizza I paid for. I don't find this at all respectful to a long term customer. I don't care that you guys have fraud problems I shouldn't be treated like this. Never will I pick this place or brand again

Sadly, the other reviews about service and terrible behavior of staff and management held true for my visit. Totally irresponsible and rude when things go wrong on their end.
