Peet's Coffee

I just paid $6.80 for a cappuccino (with tip) and was refused brown sugar, “against company policy,” for my drink. Extremely disappointed with this decision. I honestly ask: What’s your coffee shop in business to do?

The latte was good but the frittata was watery on the inside and the bathroom was dirty. Black mold around the toilet, trash overflowing onto the floor and the inside of the door was black with handprints. Also noticed a homeless person sleeping in a chair at a large outside table, which was covered in bags of their belongings.

The staff was very impolite. I ordered a latte with less coffee, but I didn’t like the taste. When I mentioned this, they didn’t offer to make another one and instead reacted unprofessionally, making faces as though they didn’t appreciate my feedback.

I really like this Peet’s Coffee location. They make an excellent iced Americano. The staff here are nice and very efficient. Easy location to get into and out of recommend Pete’s location to anyone looking for a great coffee experience.

The staff are so friendly! I've always been greeted with warmth. Also never had an issue with my order. I'm positive if I did, they'd make it right.

This place is nasty, including that manager. Sitting there for 10 minutes, drinking my tea, and they swept the floor twice, even after i complained the first time bc no one wanted to breathe in the dust and drink there. Plus, I don't see anything on the floor. She claim their rule is cleaned up once every hour but twice in 10 minutes with nothing on the floor? She just tries to stur up the dust and irritate the customers so you won't stay there top long. That's very nasty. She should apologize, but she was arguing with me about their rules. What a terrible place. Starbucks is a much better friendly place to go to.

The staff members were very polite and friendly. The pastry was delicious. The store interior was clean and neat with good atmosphere to take a rest, sip the coffee and enjoy the time.

Parking: It’s shared parking lot with various restaurants or stores. Sometimes it’s difficult to find the parking close to the coffee shop.

Staff is consistently rude. Drinks are often wrong and they act very inconvenienced in making it right. I order the same thing all the time and it’s very inconsistent. They also seem to be more concerned with their personal conversations, then serving the customer. All the other locations are great.

Sunday morning coffee, friendly staff, clean location. The coffee and the baked goods tasted good.
