This place is nasty, including that manager. Sitting there for 10 minutes, drinking my tea, and they swept the floor twice, even after i complained the first time bc no one wanted to breathe in the dust and drink there. Plus, I don't see anything on the floor. She claim their rule is cleaned up once every hour but twice in 10 minutes with nothing on the floor? She just tries to stur up the dust and irritate the customers so you won't stay there top long. That's very nasty. She should apologize, but she was arguing with me about their rules. What a terrible place. Starbucks is a much better friendly place to go to.

Excellent service. Employees are very friendly. Manager is excellent and takes care of her employees. You take care of your employees, your employees takes care of you and the customers.

Walked into almost empty coffee shop. 3 employees behind the counter. The two customers ahead of me ordered black coffees and received theirs in under a minute. I ordered a plain black coffee and was told it would be one minute. Employees proceeded to chit chat and ignore my order (no other people behind me). After 10 minutes i walked up and asked about the order. I think the quote from the lady with short hair and glasses was, "oh we forgot, it must have been mislabeled." Not even an apology. Almost feels purposeful.

Excellent service and quick. The two people out front were terrific. Can't wait for the fall products.

Staff is consistently rude. Drinks are often wrong and they act very inconvenienced in making it right. I order the same thing all the time and it’s very inconsistent. They also seem to be more concerned with their personal conversations, then serving the customer. All the other locations are great.

Just popped in for a quick iced coffee. What I will say is the customer service is top notch! The place is decorated as typical Peets' locations are decorated. The store is clean and well maintained.

I believe there's only ONE in Vegas ! I love the coffee with the condensed milk and cinnamon, so I asked for it blended. Thanks for accommodating!

Got this peach berry scone which is usually good. Not this time soggy and rubbery. Told the teenager working and she said they could not take it back since I touched it. SMH . For the sake of customer satisfaction they should replace an unsatisfactory product.

I have been to other coffee shops but no other can beat Peets in quality of coffee and snacks. Also the employees at this store are the best in service and they greet you by name I do not see it in another place.

Two things I expect from a coffee shop are excellently brewed espresso and drip coffee. Period. This location delivers on neither. If you don't dial in your shots, even with a $20k espresso machine, your product's going to be mediocre. They make a decent mixed drink, but that's the easiest task for any coffee shop. The true flavors of the coffee itself are drowned out by all the sugar, cream and other flavors that go into the drink. I sit here drinking the $3.90 (with $1 tip) small cup of dark roast and all I want to do is get home and make a proper pour over. I used to live in Greenbrae in Marin County. The Peet's at the Bonaire shopping center made an incredible drip coffee. Perfectly brewed. The flavors of the dark roast came across as bold and strong but not bitter. I doubt I'll be able to find that level of brewing anywhere in todays market. Finally, the prices. I don't know if it's due to our countries staggering inflation, but a pound of whole beans is going for about $20. We live in a time where a good coffee is a 400 plus calorie cup of caffeine, dairy and artificial flavoring. The old saying applies here, if you want it done right, do it yourself. On a positive note, the staff are great!

Coffee and feeling of the place was great. However, the way the manager treats her employees is a problem. Ive heard her name is jackie. She is just very rude to her employees, all the employees are very nice and kind and shouldnt be treated that way.
