Stay clear if you're a United States Military Veteran. Disrespectful Manager. Wouldn't help me get the code to security locked men's room door. Blew me off. Disturbing. I'm a positive reviewer. This is unacceptable.
Delicious tea, amazing service, they are so friendly here. I think the company could do more to make the atmosphere cozy like adding more furniture/decorations and less empty spaces, but it's still great.
The tall, blonde woman with the septum ring makes dreadful coffees. Can’t be bothered for extra foam and treats the place less like a coffee shop and more like an institution or school cafeteria.

I usually enjoy coming here, but i had a disappointing experience today.I tried to use a gift card that I’ve used many times before, and it wasn’t swiping properly.In the past, staff would just manually enter the number, but this time the cashier insisted that “they’re not supposed to do that” and didn’t offer any other help.It felt a bit dismissive and unprofessional.I understand policies may change, but a little patience and better communication would have gone a long way.Hoping for a more positive and respectful interaction nextime.

I had the vegan breakfast bagel and I enjoyed it. It’s not big enough or fulfilling for the price though. The coffee is good, they have good choices for plant based milks. Their choices for flavors variety must ask to confirm. There’s a few on the menu that will be vegan. #Veganuary Updated from previous review on 2024-12-25

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience at Peet’s Coffee. I ordered an iced coffee, but it was served hot. When I politely asked for a replacement, the employee threw the hot coffee against the wall before eventually replacing it. This behavior was both disrespectful and unprofessional. While getting the coffee right is important, how customers are treated is equally crucial. This incident left a very negative impression of Peet’s Coffee for me. I hope this kind of behavior is addressed and that the service quality improves in the future.

While I normally loath advertising during my morning coffee and reading a favorite news … PEETS corporate network admins have apparently blocked all ads in my NY Time app. when I use the PEETS wifi Which is great! Not sure how NY Times advertising would feel about that but is not my problem. However, it’s a pain when I can’t get to legitimate sites and have to disable PEETS wifi. As a techie myself I can easily see that this is an issue in PEETS corporate network administrators. Here are a few screenshots. Enjoy! This info is purely for PEETS corporate. I was just there this morning, the young girl at the cashier didn’t even greet me, when I asked to get something similar to an iced coffee I had seen been prepared for someone else, she had negative attitude towards me asking, she answered that that belongs to someone else in a rude way.
Worth a revisit.
