Woman with multiple face piercings in drive thru extremely rude. Go to any other Peet’s in town. Don’t use the app as it’s false information. I’ve used it multiple times just for them to scam me out of what I actually ordered. Plenty of other good local coffee shops in town with better moral. This one seems to have a team that purposefully does everything else but help customers and they double down on erroneous reasons whey they can’t make the situation right. I’ve never heard of never being able to get refunded for false advertising… or have been treated rudely by an employee for not understanding.

I’m very allergic to milk. I asked for oat milk and they made a normal latte with oat milk added according to the receipt. I thought it tasted weird but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I’ve been really ill today and I don’t trust them enough to order there again.
Even if they didn’t give me an allergen, I have no confidence in what I was given.

Unbelievable employee who just did not want to use brown sugar instead of turbunado sugar in my drink after I've had same drink made Dozens of times before and no other employee has made any deal about it . Had to drive to a different store. They don't care if u pay $7 for a drink and they expect to tip them too . But when you just ask for a very reasonable think , she decided to turn into a robot ?. A 1 star review over 1 employee not wanting to make a drink with a right sugar .

This is my favorite Peet’s coffee location. They make the best iced Americano anywhere. We order through the app and our drinks are always ready when we get to the store. Staff is friendly. The store is clean and inviting. If you’re looking for a good coffee with good service this is your Peet’s location.

I was in the drive thru today and they had us waiting for several minutes just to finally greet us at 6:00pm on the dot to tell us they can’t take our order. Lmao.
