Ordered a black olive pizza from Doordash. The store was out of black olives, so they took it upon themselves to substitute another item that we don’t even like. Would have appreciated a call giving us other options. When I called the store to see if they could remake the pizza, they told me it was my problem and I had to deal with Doordash. Thankfully, Doordash returned my money even though it’s not their fault. This is the third issue I’ve had with the store so I will not be ordering pizza here again.

My goodness, I’ve been in the customer service field for more than a decade, and I can say that yessihr? And Victoria and most of all my delivery driver JACKIE! Customer service to the fullest is an understatement, to others the service you guys provided me tonight will be very light to them, but to me, it meant the world, I felt like we were all old friends that caught up on the phone. Literally especially the vibe I had with Jackie by just normal communication! Thank you so much. We are about to tear this pizza down and you guys just made our night on top of that by just being you guys! Please take those spirits around the world! We need you. Thank you pizza guys! Got a coupon in the mail and decided why not ? I got the 2 large pizzas w/2 toppings deal and garlic bread . The pizza was put together well !
The toppings were placed on and not thrown on , and it was the right amount and not just a pile of stuff which made the pizza not to heavy and the right balance of taste . I just found my replacement to little Caesars.
