Sugar Bread Circles—if you are looking for a tried and true bagel you won’t find here - Posh Bagels have plenty of sugar in them - taste like a grocery store bakery bagel but 4x the price. If you are looking for sweet circle bread look no further Posh has you covered.

I wish there were healthier options such as organic ingredients or alternative sugar options like maple sugar, coconut sugar, local honey, etc. I understand it’s hard to do because it’s a bagel place, but if this location is expanding to EDH, it would be nice to see an organic and more locally sourced produce, eggs, honey, etc used.

Sunday staff need a serious injection of urgency. During the week my pick up orders are timely and efficient in and out. Waiting 30 minutes on top of my original wait time for two bagels with creme cheese seems overtly excessive. Won't come back on a sunday

Every time I go here they get my food wrong. It is to the point that I no longer want to eat here. They have tried to give me a salmon bagel sandwich which i never ordered before. They also recently gave me a burnt bagel sandwich with the wrong bagel. Their thing is they will remake it.Okay but what about all the time I waste having to drive back. They never have enough staff, so wait times are really high if you order in person. They only have a few people and no system to taking orders and making them. They will take one order and then work on making it. Why not have one person on taking orders and the rest on making. I live 30 mins away so a mistake cost me an hour. I won’t be back. I will find somewhere else for an overpriced burnt bagel sandwich.
They hardly give you any meat when I started going to their Folsom location 10 ish years ago the food was a much larger and had way more meat. Over the years they have increased the price and decreased what you get.Overall over priced not worth it go to Noahs.

Ask them to repeat back your order before they make it, I ordered a lox and cream cheese bagel and did not get the lox idk who orders just tomato onion and capers on a bagel but apparently she thought that was what I wanted. Manager please instruct your staff to repeat orders back to the customer as it is loud in there and also it has a funny smell like not cleaning products but something else that did not smell good.

Their employees here are straight up rude. They need to be trained on customer service. Walled in no hello, greeting, stood there for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Then as I'm about the order the girls takes all the bagels I was going to order. Forcing me to pick a different one, I order a different one and seconds later another girl walks up and takes it. I spoke up and she put it back but her and the other girl just looked at each other and started laughing. No apologies or anything, they rang me up and didn't even say have a great day, thanks for coming in, or anything. Just overall poor customer service, Ibcan go anywhere for a bagel. I hope the owners see this and do some training on how to treat customers with those girls there.

I attempted to call this establiment several times, with no answer because the website was down. When someone finally answered, the male's voice was very impatient and short with all of his replies as I inquired about their options. He wasn't helpful at all and when I mentioned that I'd call back after reviewing the menu a bit more, the phone went silent and disconnected. I will not be ordering from this place in the future.

from what I remember the place is kinda small, but about as large as it really needs to be, seeing as it's just a bagel shop with various bagels and things to put inside them. out of all the bagels though, my top two would always be Asiago in first, and Everything in second.
last time I was here I think I was going on a field trip in Elementary School
