Terrible experience coming here (NOT RECOMMEND) there is a very disrespectful manager. A young black lady wearing a wig. Has no respect for customers or their food. Also very poorly dressed (wearing open toe shoes in a food environment) which is extremely dangerous and disgusting.

Horrible waited in line 10 minutes only to get to the front and have the worker tell my son and I she wouldn't be taking any more orders for 15 minutes. Very unprofessional and could've been prevented by simply notifying people before entering the line that no orders will be received after x person

My wife was craving these fries so we came to the mall to get some. The closing time on google says 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays. We arrived at 8:20 and the store was already closed. My wife was extremely disappointed as it was the only reason she even wanted to come to the mall. If your hours say 9pm then it should close at 9pm not 8:20pm.

Half my baked potato was rock solid. Expect to wait 30 minutes or more for your food to be cooked most days. It's a tiny kiosk, with 4 associates, and a huge amount of customers.

I usually love going here but today was terrible. I ordered a 3 tender combo and one of my chicken tenders were not cooked properly. When I asked about it, they said it was how it was fried. The chicken was literally yellow and cold. Never coming back again. Absolutely disgusting.

Hands down the best flavored fries in the area, just wish they could franchise down around Elk Grove or Arden, that way I would not have to drive up to the galleria to pick up a snack. Overall rate it 5 stars aside from the portion of flavoring that they put in the fries, they use around 2 scoops per order and would not add more if requested, I asked for extra powder on the fries but they refused to add it nor do they sell the flavored powder for home use.

Extremely stingy with seasonings, they only use 1 scoop while other locations use 3 scoops. Fries were very soggy and mushy. I've always had a great experience at Potato Corner until I went here. Workers definitely need to be retrained.
