Customer service sucks in this place. I ordered a chili cheese fries and asked them if it comes only with fries and cheese and chili and they confirmed it but it came with meat. Then I told the ladies about it and they were mad at me instead of me being mad at them. So I can say is poor customer service and angry faces there.

Management/owner forsaken franchise. This place need to open early on a Sunday. About 1130 people are already lined up and leaving. Other eateries in the food court are already busy. They should also have the original fries available on the weekends. I didn't have a choice we ended up with the curly fries.There's 4 employees in this potato corner but the wait line is crazy. It's also 12pm opening and nothings prepared. I get that they prep the fries fresh, but common.. 4 people doin nothin on a long wait time. If I was the owner I'm bleeding money. Or maybe be doesnt care. So sad.

Half my baked potato was rock solid. Expect to wait 30 minutes or more for your food to be cooked most days. It's a tiny kiosk, with 4 associates, and a huge amount of customers.
I have always been a fan of Potato Corner!! From the San Jose location to this one, there's a consistency but service has always been on the slower side. I understand it takes time and it's important for the food to be fresh/hot. But going on a Tuesday night, I was hoping that it wasn't going to take a long time. The line was quick but it took at least 15-20 minutes to get our fries. We ordered the Giga with Chili BBQ and Sour Cream & Onion - definitely to my expectations as usual but the chili BBQ actually had a kick this time!

I do love, french fries, and the fries I tasted from the photo corner actually tasted very well and amazing almost like McDonald's fries, but better a little bit and the staff did touch their phones with the gloves on but they do change after, the tools they use to handle the fries mostly assemble the fries but they don't seem to wash there hands and only put new gloves on and that's not very safe for a food stand, but I would recommend this place because the friends here I made were very amazing and so kind

I usually love going here but today was terrible. I ordered a 3 tender combo and one of my chicken tenders were not cooked properly. When I asked about it, they said it was how it was fried. The chicken was literally yellow and cold. Never coming back again. Absolutely disgusting.

Hands down the best flavored fries in the area, just wish they could franchise down around Elk Grove or Arden, that way I would not have to drive up to the galleria to pick up a snack. Overall rate it 5 stars aside from the portion of flavoring that they put in the fries, they use around 2 scoops per order and would not add more if requested, I asked for extra powder on the fries but they refused to add it nor do they sell the flavored powder for home use.

I always wanted to try this place in the mall because there is always a line of people when I go. I finally had a chance to try both the sweet potato and normal fries. I thought it was good! The fries were fresh out the kitchen and dipped them in ranch. It definitely hit the spot.

Extremely stingy with seasonings, they only use 1 scoop while other locations use 3 scoops. Fries were very soggy and mushy. I've always had a great experience at Potato Corner until I went here. Workers definitely need to be retrained.

Very nostalgic, I use to love this as a kid. But this stall has a very big flaw, it uses your name for your order, combine that with the loud surroundings and other people having the same name as you, people can get a bit confused.Last time I ordered here. There were three Johns, one took my order while the remaining two of us confused of our orders.Don't get me wrong, I like this stall, BUT rather than names, it should've used numbers to avoid confusion.

I waited almost 20 minutes for one single order of fries. The fries were decent but you get very little for it being almost $9. They need a bigger location/kitchen and more workers to keep up with the demand. Lots of customers, myself included were tired of waiting.
