the yogurts are watery , the place is dirty and they didn’t even say what the price for water was . We asked if it was free and he said straight up “nope”. Everything was unsanitary and very rude in general. Service was horrible don’t even come here.

Pretzelmaker in Roseville Galleria Shopping Mall is a very busy store with lines in front of the cash register most of the time on the weekends. They have yummy pretzels and other snacks and drinks. I was there many times to get some snacks when I wanted to rest after the busy shopping. Lol
The store is not very big, and when combined with Mrs. Fields and TCBY, the employees are overwhelmed sometimes. But they are still working hard and are friendly.
Parking: Many parking available but very busy on the weekends

It has been a while since we stopped here. We had an exceptional experience here today. The stuff mozzarella was perfectly done, hot out of the oven, Both staffs were very friendly, customer service was on point.

They were out of pretzel dogs mid-day. Ordered a large box of pretzel bites. They didn't really have enough sell a large box, but charged me $18 anyways. Said the nacho cheese wasn't working, but were just too lazy to change it. Did so a few minutes later.

Went there a few times, both times out of pretzels and not willing to make more. I ordered bites but they didn’t have enough. I’m confused why they can’t make more if you order them. This is the first pretzel maker I’ve been to that is unwilling to make more food when ordered. I should add that they weren’t even good, they had way too much oil on them.

Imagine naming your shop "Pretzel makers" and not making anything but pretzel bites.. those bites are covered in sugary butter and not that great anyway. "Pretzel makers" bite me.
