I came here with my bestie and wanted to try something new. Jordan was our “boba-rista” and walked us through the menu as well as provided samples and recommendations. I let him know I was nervous to step out my comfort zone and he stated just try it and if you don’t like it I will make you a new drink. Which he did cause my first choice was not too my liking he recommended to make me a drink that would suit my sweetness level and it was amazing !!! 20/10. Would re visit!

Purple Kow has really good drinks — flavorful and refreshing. Their milk teas are definitely worth trying! The customer service is also friendly and attentive, which makes the experience enjoyable.
The food (chicken nugget), however, tends to be a bit too salty for my taste, and the interior design isn’t particularly impressive — it’s simple and functional but nothing that stands out.
It’s been forever since I’ve been to a purple kow. I was quite disappointed when what I wanted was sold out….matcha crema. So i asked if the had another crema that was clearly promoted on a poster by the register and the guy said “I don’t think so, I didn’t even know we had it” wow….
Ok so I ended up paying too much for a drink that was basic…..I will probably never go to a purple kow again….

The restaurant is super neat and very welcoming staff. However the taro milk tea with boba was very bad. The boba is not chewy and very rubbery. I had to discard my boba immediately.

Boba so good I found myself deciding it's a good idea to drive an hour and a half to this location just to burn time and get an impeccably delicious tea. Normally the travel isn't that far but still very worth it every trip down or up.

My FAVE boba in the Sacramento area. I loved them when I lived in San Francisco years ago, I'm so glad they're here now! Try the chocolate pudding in your drink, we used to line up out the door in SF for it and were so sad whenever they ran out! Their drinks taste high quality and authentic. They have the BEST boba shop chicken, nice big pieces of thigh, hot and fresh, big helping, and I recommend ordering an extra sauce because that's super good too. The staff at the counter are always very nice and will bag your order with great care, and also have good recommendations. They have new/seasonal drinks all the time too, but I've found a favorite drink from the Valentine's menu this year which they thankfully still have available. I am loyal forever!! 💜
