Ordered their box combo and got tiny shriveled chicken strips and a very small amount of fries. The meal was not worth the price at all would not recommend this canes location.

Food is good, without sauce the chicken is pretty basic but that's why they have sauce right.Mobile app is very convenient but their estimated times for readyness are very inconsistent. Itl say 10 minutes but take 25
they cut their portion sizes in half. i ordered a 3 piece that used to fill me up nicely, and got 3 tiny little strips. this is a joke. good bye canes.

Ordered online for pickup. Showed up on time, checked in on app. Waited 15 minutes late. Had to go inside and ask for food. Waited additional 15 minutes. All for bland food. Obviously someone likes it. Not this guy anymore.

Asked for plain chicken sandwich - only lettuce. Received regular chicken sandwich with the sauce. You don't know the sadness that goes into cutting sauce off of a bun and then your kid still not eating it. Thanks guys. Maybe less smoking -- even though it's legal now, doesn't help the quality of work.

The service was pleasant. The food was more warm than fresh. It was extremely crowded and loud.
I've never been before. Chicken tasted bland and relied on sauce, it seems. I gave two stars because I did travel home before eating it. I even air fried it again to crisp it up, didn't help much. There should be a clear defined line or area for online order pickup.Probably won't go again, better chicken at other places and in my freezer (IMHO).
Drove an hour to try this place! The wait was long, but I get it for a popular fast food restaurant. Cashier and the food worker were friendly. My chicken sandwich was ok with lots of flavor. I did receive a single piece of soggy looking lettuce and my fries did taste store bought. The Chicken Fingers were the only thing I liked.
