We were absolutely thrilled with our wedding catering experience! From the very beginning, the team was so helpful and attentive; whether it was planning, tastings, or site visits, they made us feel completely supported every step of the way. On the wedding day, the food was spectacular; our guests kept raving that the appetizers were some of the best they’ve ever had at a wedding. The short rib crostinis in particular were phenomenal and a huge hit. Beyond the food, the service was outstanding. Our server went above and beyond, helping with setup, making sure everything ran smoothly, and staying incredibly attentive throughout dinner. Their professionalism and warmth made such a difference in our day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend them wholeheartedly!

Randy PetersCatering and Events catered my daughter’s Celebration of Life in April of 2024. I can only say good things about how this was handled by Randy Peters’s. We tried to keep the number of people that would be there invited or not to a manageable and affordable number of people, but my daughter, Jennifer had so many people that knew and loved her. We settled with Randy with the number of people , but when the people kept coming Randy stepped up and handled the need for more food without blinking an eye‼️ I would recommend him for any event‼️ The food was plentiful and delicious!

Wonderful staff and delicious food

It was a lovely and innovative spread for the Roseville Chamber of Commerce breakfast last month and wonderful art in the hallways as well.

This revue is long overdue:
Randy and Lisa Peters are by far the most generous restaurant owners I have ever met. When I first reached out to Randy in Spring of 2021, it was to ask about performing at his restaurant, the now closed 105 Noshery. He liked what he had heard, so we set up a couple of dates. It wasn't long after that he wanted to start a Blues night because of the featured guests I was bringing in.

In the coming months, the Thursday Blues night became the place to be, and on one Thursday in the middle of November, it really blew up (in a good way). Randy wanted to book me twice a month for the entirety of 2022. I was bringing in big features, and every time, he was excited.

Now, not only was it a vibe that you absolutely had to be there for, but the food was to die for. I personally loved the Reuben, French Dip, and short-rib quesadilla, but the whole menu was amazing.

Then, you had the amazing staff, who were always so kind. From Robert, Kayley, Sophia, Austin, Justine, and many others. Loved talking to all of them and getting to know them.

Unfortunately, all good things had to come to an end. In the fall of 2022, the beginning of November, it was announced that 105 Noshery was closing. It wrapped up over a year and a half of memories and vibes that you had to be there for.

They were wonderful to work with for our wedding! The caterers were thorough, helpful, and flexible. Their prices were also very competitive. I highly recommend them!

We had Randy Peters cater our grand opening event for Mazda Roseville and I can not recommend them more! They were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process from start to finish. The scheduling and set up was a breeze. Their display table was beautiful and all of our guests loved the food. I highly recommend Randy Peters for your catering needs!

Chelsea and Melissa at RPC are incredibly detailed and friendly to work with. We have a small wedding later this month and I am beyond impressed with their customer service thus far. I've worked in the catering industry myself and the support they provide their clients with us unmatched. I'm truly excited for this upcoming event with them!

Had them for a friend's wedding. The groom is lactose intolerant so can't have any dairy product and was served a plate with dairy on it that he couldnt eat. They also didn't provide the vegetarian meals that were promised. Would not recommend

Our event coordinators, Melissa and Chelsea, were phenomenal—always responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. They handled all the little details so we didn’t have to stress. As Melissa said, they are our calm in the storm, and for sure that's what they were.

The food? Absolutely amazing! We went with a small bites buffet, and it was a hit! The food was delicious—beautifully presented and full of flavor. Huge thank you to the chef for creating such an amazing spread. Our guests are still talking about it.

And the service! Wow! Bryan, our bartender extraordinaire, and our servers, Stephanie, and Stephan were total pros—friendly, attentive, and made everyone feel welcome and taken care of. We sincerely couldn’t have asked for a better team!

The space itself looked beautiful, and everything flowed perfectly. We truly felt supported and celebrated every step of the way.

If you're planning a wedding or any big event, we can’t recommend Randy Peters Catering enough. They made our day unforgettable! Grateful doesn't even begin to cover it! 💖
