Rose Café and Bagel

What a happy, hidden gem! Came in expecting a needle in a haystack of generic coffee shops, and left completely in love with the aesthetic and quality of drinks here. We will be repeat customers now!

Do not bother. This place is weird and terrible. The interior lacks any kind of warmth or authenticity. The atmosphere looks like it was designed by AI. And easily the most overpriced bacon egg and cheese I have ever had in my life. How does a generic bagel, a pre fabricated egg disc (you're going to get a better egg oma bagel at Noah's which is not saying much), a completely unmelted slice of american cheese, some microwaved bacon that is undercooked and rubbery, some tomato and mayo sound? How about $9.99? this place is an insult to the dignity of humankind. Stopping here on a whim wasn't just a mistake, it was a waste of my time and especially money. This bagel sandwich isn't worth $2. Charging $10 for this bullshit is the height of arrogance. Why do people put up with this? I have no idea. Coffee was ok.

Worst customer service!!! Came with my wife to have breakfast. Before ordering food, I would like to wash my hands. An older female worker announced loudly that the restroom is for the customers only, and I must order food before using the restroom. While my wife was at the restroom and I was waiting for her, that worker kept asking to start ordering food. There was no line at all, so there was no rush. I didn't use the restroom but with that customer service/approach I've decided to spend my money at a different place. I understand if that place would be in high traffic/tourist area, but it's not. So, that place lost my business forever.

My latte was burnt.. so bad i couldn't drink it. I was very disappointed to have such a sub par coffee experience for a simple latte.

Their website says they use a local roaster for their coffee ... unsure if that's still true but this was literally undrinkable .

I don’t leave a lot of reviews but I had to. I ordered the sunrise breakfast sandwich basically a bacon egg and cheese with dill jalapeño cream cheese and a cold brew coffee. I paid $20. The cold brew tasted like burnt coffee with a slight chemical taste. The sandwich was cold and the bacon was so fatty and slimy and gross I had to discard it. The texture of the bagel was tough and to top it all off the woman working at the counter was rude and dismissive. The shop is clean and cute but the food and drinks absolutely not. Will not be back 👎

The lady taking our order was rude, we tried to order bagels with cream cheese plus ham and cheese on it (which we would happily pay extra for like just about any other bagel place) but were rudely denied that and informed we could only get our bagels with cream cheese or produce, and nothing else. Their tables and chairs were all dirty and they clearly do not wipe down the food prep surfaces between orders, on the way home we found avocado smeared on the bottom of my bagel, I’m allergic to avocado. We also ordered and pay way to much for a “strawberry smoothie” we received a large cup of milk mixed with what we can only assume was some kind of cheap strawberry syrup topping… NOT strawberry puree as advertised. It had a HORRIBLE chemical and over processed taste and we both took 1 sip and couldn’t drink the rest. We were shorted on our change, and our receipt was crumpled up and tossed before even offering it to us, and on the way out we realized what we ordered should not have totaled how much we paid. Waste of time and waste of money, would NOT recommend this place.

Every food item and drink item is custom made on a very high quality! Plus wonderful personal service.

My friend and I have been coming to this lovely place minimum 2 to 3 times a week these last couple months. We usually get the Nova Lox on the everything bagel, and the Chai Tea Latte. I would put 5 but it's a hit and miss with the Chai Tea latte, so far only one of the employees , I think her name is Flor, has made it correctly and we haven't seen her as often lately. Just wanted to give a shout out to her since we really just come for her Chai Tea Lattes.

Rude service. Coffee was cold. We asked nicely to have coffee warmed up. Staff was rude to my daughters acted like it was inconvenient. Rude about our service dog my husband has. Get over yourselves. You are in the service industry.

This is the best bagel I've had outside of New York! I'll definitely be back. The lavender latte was also perfectly blended.

Quiet place for a quick coffee and treats stop. It has a nice indoor atmosphere or choose to sit outside to enjoy food. Inside and outside areas are clean. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. An employee apologized so many times for a longer wait time to order, but that didn't bother me at all. Coffee tasted great!!! Thanks for great experience!!! Definitely will come back.
