Terrible experience. Had a baby shower here, had to clean the room myself, staff was lazy, and food was cold.

Very over priced pizza. A large pizza is 40 dollars which is expensive for a pizza, and you cannot even do any substitutions. If you don't like an ingredient or are allergic you cannot change it for another equal ingredient like veggie for another veggie. For 40 dollars for a large pizza you should be able to make changes and have the pizza you want. where is the customer service at ? I will never go back their customer service skills are awful, and they are a cheap company with an expensive price tag.

Came in today for dine in and the first thing we noticed was how hot it was. We asked who we think was the manager about the heat and explained that it’s currently broken and that it will be fixed soon, he apologized profusely and even offered to have a fan set up for us. We were more concerned about the employees in the back because we can only imagine how hot it was back there.

He went through every deal they had and even explained that they have a special pizza that not all stores have, but we couldn’t pass up on a King Arthur for $25!!!

Our pizza came out in less than 15 mins and the service was fantastic. We will be back soon and hopefully the AC will be fixed this time.

Everything was awesome here! The person up front when I came today was super friendly and helpful and suggested a great beer option! But the only thing that sucks is from what I was told the AC is broken! The manager was super apologetic about it I know it's not in their control

I was late picking up my pizza but they were so friendly and made sure that it was still fresh to pick up. The staff members were very friendly and the atmosphere was good.

Orders for delivery are consistently incomplete. If you call to follow up on an order or report missing item the phone just rings and rings and then they hang up. Don’t do delivery

They are refusing cash and they fired all of their delivery drivers I hope they go out of business

Me and my partner came here and were greeted by Christy and she was so kind and friendly, I tried to tip only to find out Roundtable doesn't accept tips anymore, honestly shame on this company these employees work really hard and they should allow their employees to receive tips, that's ridiculous and it's wrong, i work at a grocery store and I know how hard it is to make ends meet, i hope this location changes its policy because everyone here deserves to get their tips

Never can get pickup order close to time scheduled pickup. A 5 pickup won't be ready till 5:30. Absolutely ridiculous, everytime we order! So done with this location.

This round table is the best location i have ever been to! I usually wouldn't leave a review on bigger chains, but this experience was top notch!

My server, Alex, was extremely helpful in giving me a good recommendation, and even helped me get a better deal by buying the lunch special! Shout out to that guy!

My pizza was cooked perfectly, the crust was just right, and there was the perfect amount of toppings.

I was a guest and disappointed in no more Senior discounts! The carpeting needs to be checked before a group of people use it for a event. Disappointed in the air-conditioner!! Need to take care of your guests as you want them to come back.

I posted a low review a while ago because I had a terrible experience interacting with manager here, she had two long braids and was very rude to us for no reason but it seems they reported my review and other low reviews to get them removed? Wow can't trust reviews anymore because of this.

Poor customer service. Didn't like the way they where talking to customers and especially not the door dashers. Pizza was over cooked. Over all bad experience.
