Round Table Pizza

I give no stars to bad costumer service and horrible manager. Called for a delivery. Waited a few minutes for them to tell me they can deliver. Took my name down and phone number. Took my order and charged my card. Hour later no delivery. Called and they said they been trying to call me to say they can't deliver and to come pick my money. They had the wrong name as well. So wrong name, wrong phone number, right address and charged my card. So because they messed up, I have to drive there, waste my gas and get nothing in return for their mistake. No apology, just a snooty response like its my fault. Please share. This is the first time I have ever had a problem and its this location on Pleasant grove Blvd and Roseville Park way.

Pizza, yeah, so good. Super delicious. The service was very welcoming and sociable. Prices that are reasonable.

Poor customer service and rude! Items made incorrectly, was told I was given a credit and now no record of it. Management wouldn’t even let me talk. This location has really gone down hill over the years!

This spot is worth a visit. They have large portions for fair rates. Constantly neat and with fantastic atmosphere. Will visit here again.

Visited here for a Democratic debate watch party and the service and food were excellent. I left a campaign sign behind and they held it for me to pick up the next day. Didn’t need to do it but they did! This place is better than the weird Round Table in Rocklin and I’ll be coming back.

Sign posted said one price for a pizza, didnt have any day or time requirements for a chicken garlic. Walked inside and was told "that starts tommorow"... so why put up signs stating the price? Then ordered and XL simple pepperoni. Was told 15 min. Came back in 30 and was told they forgot and just put it in. Then, it came out apologized. Okay, cool whatever. Opened it and surprise surprise it was only half pepperoni. One issue after another. Sad part is it wasnt even busy in the slightest.

This round table is such a great place! The staff is amazing - friendly- and the food is great! We had a family get together with a party of 10 and the staff was superb! We will be life long goers of this Round table!!

Really Bad customer service, cashier was very rude he charge me $36.09 , I gave him$ 50.00 and he give my change back only$ 11.00 and he didn't not apologize

Aloha ROSEVILLE Residents! Capt Stan Howard here from HAWAII! Just recently moved here, staying at Extended America Value Hotek, so I treated the staff with a large PIZZA! 1/2 Montagues Meat Marvel and other 1/2 Gueniveres Garden Delight! We all have our Favorites. Mine is Round Table PIZZA and thank God they are in Hawai'I!!

Tasted just like i remembered...

An hour after my pizza was supposed to be done, they finally checked on my order and said it was in the oven. There was only 1 cashier for a fundraiser night and the place was a mess. Maybe proper planning on employees would help the hour and a half wait. “Sorry for the wait” was all I got.
