My experience is this.. round table pizza does not have a delivery driver they actually hire door dash to deliver. With this being said, round table has no idea when my pizza will be delivered. Round tables website gives a promised delivery time.
The pizza sat in the delivery drivers car for over half hour while they they delivered other orders from other restaurants. My wife and i called the store several times to speak to a manager, left messages no response..We canceled the order and will never eat at round table 9055 woodcreek oaks blvd. roseville, ca ever again.

My sister and I are both disabled and there are times when we just can’t get out, so we order delivery. Tonight was one of those evenings. I thought that I had ordered early enough so that my would be here before it got busy! Needless to say, I am very disappointed. We ordered 2 personal pizzas and they were ice cold upon arrival. The salad that we ordered was limp and the lettuce had started turning brown! There were no utensils, no ranch dressing, no pameasean cheese or red pepper. When I spend this kind of money on “fast food” and am expected to leave a tip I expect a meal worthy of eating. One that is warm and has everything you expect to come with it. A FRESH salad with salad dressing, and a croutons and without missing items! My suggestion to other customers, by a frozen pizza and make your own salad!

I placed an online order at my local Round table. I have been there before and normally call in. When I tried to call in this time I ended up talking to someone who was obviously not at the store. I ordered my pizza at 3:21 pm for a 5 pm delivery. Paid the delivery charge and gave a $10 tip. My total was $80.60 for a large Gourmet veggie, medium pepperoni and mozzarella sticks. 5pm came and went. I called the store and asked about my order. The people were nice but stated that “we are slammed” and that my pizza was still in the oven. I asked them if it was truly in the oven or if they had forgotten about it. They assured me it was in the oven and would be ready 15-20 minutes. I asked them if it would be immediately delivered or if I would have to wait.i literally live two blocks away and only order delivery out of convenience. I told them I would be right there. I left my house at 5:22. I arrived at the store in less than 5 minutes. I walked in the door expecting to see it packed. Nope. It was dark and empty. It looked like they were closed. There was a Uber eats driver waiting for a pickup at the counter and two other customers waiting for their pick up. There was not a single dinner in store. I looked behind the counter to see a frazzled manager and a cashier. Behind them were two guys at the window and three people at the prep station. 7 employees…4 customers….it was 3-5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. When it was my turn I told the cashier my order number and she immediately grabbed it out from under the counter. I thought that was odd since they said my food wasn’t ready and in the oven. I grabbed my food and started walking out when the manager said wait and was trying to refund me for the delivery. I told her it was fine and just to keep it as additional tip. I drove home two blocks eager to eat my favorite pizza. My family and I were in a rush because we had to go somewhere. I placed the pizza on the counter opened them up and they were cold. Cold mozzarella sticks, cold pizza. I was a huge fan of round table and really didn’t mind the extreme high price because the pizza was so good. You will never get another dime from me or my family. Higher price comes with high expectations. I not only had to pick up my food that was to be delivered but your employees lied to me. The “ last honest pizza” isn’t so honest anymore. Good riddance…You will not be open much longer with this level of service.

overpriced hot garbage. Just straight garbage. Incredible how they can still sell a box of garbage for $30.

It’s not the cheapest pizza in town, but I definitely think it’s the best quality. The manager was very kind and we had a great experience with them making up for a wrong order. They also have a very nice dining area.

My one visit was for a takeout. They got the order completely wrong and being on my lunch break I was unable to wait for a remake. They also could not refund my money at that time since I was told it had to go through HR. So I left, very hungry without food or refund. The should have offered me the mistake for free.

Walked into this restaurant at 4 PM on Friday afternoon, for a sitdown dinner with my family. There was no menu on display… Television was shut off. New kid behind the register, had no idea what he was doing, had to ask for help for everything. Order window had nine pizzas stacked up, waiting for DoorDash. DoorDashers were walking in and cutting in line to pick up orders, not regulated or greeted by anyone. Took a look over at the beers on tap…a whole two of them… IPA only. We ended up walking out of there. Unfortunately, this restaurant is following suit with the surrounding area… ran by kids, none of them know what they’re doing, poorly managed, not worth patronizing.

Worst customer service experience ever!! We ordered carry-out online, and when I went to pick up the pizza, I went to the front (like I usually do for carry-out) and asked TANYA (black glasses, dark hair, and horrendous sleeve tattoo on right arm) if my order was ready. With an extremely bad and unprofessional attitude, she angrily yelled at me to wait in line. I told her I was there for carry-out and was not ordering dine-in, and she again yelled at me to wait in line. After waiting in line for about 20 minutes, I told TANYA again about my pizza, and she said it wasn't ready yet when I could clearly see it was right on top of some other pizzas with our name on it. Not only was this ridiculous and very poor customer service, but to top it off, the pizza was 15 minutes past the promised time on the receipt. Special thanks to TANYA we won't be returning and will warn our family, friends, and relatives not to do any business with Round Table Pizza!!

This review is to heap praise on the young man who ran the register last night, 11/17/2023. The amount of customers pouring in and call-in orders seemed chaotic. Not to mention the impatience and rudeness of some of the patrons.

This young man handled it with poise and stayed collected the entire time. I was blown away, as were some others, at how well he handled it under immense pressure. Congratulations on a great hire! Excellent job! Will be back soon.
