Worst customer service experience ever!! We ordered carry-out online, and when I went to pick up the pizza, I went to the front (like I usually do for carry-out) and asked TANYA (black glasses, dark hair, and horrendous sleeve tattoo on right arm) if my order was ready. With an extremely bad and unprofessional attitude, she angrily yelled at me to wait in line. I told her I was there for carry-out and was not ordering dine-in, and she again yelled at me to wait in line. After waiting in line for about 20 minutes, I told TANYA again about my pizza, and she said it wasn't ready yet when I could clearly see it was right on top of some other pizzas with our name on it. Not only was this ridiculous and very poor customer service, but to top it off, the pizza was 15 minutes past the promised time on the receipt. Special thanks to TANYA we won't be returning and will warn our family, friends, and relatives not to do any business with Round Table Pizza!!

Order was 30 minutes late and cold. No apologies for the late delivery and brought cold pizza and the order of wings were ridiculously small, is that even a chicken wing? (see pic). Costco pizza is better than this, Round Table needs to get their act together, what a rip off.

This review is to heap praise on the young man who ran the register last night, 11/17/2023. The amount of customers pouring in and call-in orders seemed chaotic. Not to mention the impatience and rudeness of some of the patrons.This young man handled it with poise and stayed collected the entire time. I was blown away, as were some others, at how well he handled it under immense pressure. Congratulations on a great hire! Excellent job! Will be back soon.

...Quick service from cashier, but the bathrooms were very dirty & not stocked with paper to dry hands, would have expected a little more for a round table location. Most people were in the other room eating, main dining hall was empty aside from people waiting for to-go orders. The order took around 45 mins to complete but was made perfectly.

The person at the register cannot handle stress at all. There was a younger girl running around trying to serve people and she did great. The salad bar was a disaster, the pizza crust doesn't taste like it used to.I personally didn't think it was worth the $$ spent.

Nice cashier. I am a Round Table fan. BUT, the pizza I got today made me angry. I ordered a Double Play Pepperoni. Got home, opened the carton, it was barely a 1/2 play. I was bothered. I called and the manager, the person who made the pizza apologized and will replace it with I go back. Pic#1 is what I got. Pic#2 is what I ordered.

First time ordering from here as we are new to the city. First time having the worst round table pizza ever! The dough tasted like it was not fully cooked, barely any veggies on the veggie gourmet. The twits were super dry and very sad.
I ordered pizza over the weekend to be delivered. The app said I would have it by 12:11. At 12:27 I get a call saying it would be another 15 mins. I said okay. I live across the street from the shopping plaza, so it should not have taken that long anyway. I didn't get my pizza until after 1:00 pm. I ordered a large pan crust mini pepperoni and pineapple, six twists, and three sodas. I got a thin crust double pepperoni and the twists were shriveled, shrunken, and rock hard. Only one looked edible. I immediately called and asked for a refund due to it being late, wrong, and inedible. The girl I spoke to said the manager would process it when they got in that afternoon and I would see it off my card by Monday. It was pending every day this week, but now the charge has posted. I am going to be calling again when they open and if it's not removed I will dispute with my bank. And I'm never ordering from this location again. I've ordered several times, pick up and delivery, and always had an issue. I'll get pizza from mountain mikes from now on.ETA: I called and apparently corporate has to issue the refund, with no idea of when I will get my money back. I will dispute with my bank.

Zero Stars. This location is horrible. First, I won a raffle where I wrote my name on a card near the register. They called me and said I won 2 Large pizzas. I asked if I should come by for a gift certificate, they told me no and they had my name on a list with the manager when I was ready. I called to use my raffle winning (plus some) and they told me there was no raffle and they could not honor it... they were incredibly rude about it. Regrettably, I ordered online anyway because this is what my hubby wanted for his bday dinner. Our bday dinner cost us $110 for pickup tonight. Two XL's, 1 medium, 1 order of 12 breadsticks. For $110, I would expect so much better quality. First, my breadsticks were dry and cracking. They tasted day old. Disgusting. Plus I ordered 12 and they took 6 and cut them in half. They were tiny. Not as advertised. Next, the 2 XLs were not fully cooked. The cheese was sliding off and the ham on the Hawaiian was not cooked enough. Looked like floppy lunch meat.The medium was for the kids and was cooked well. The only saving grace was my kids were able to eat. I'm just livid. The staff here was also very unpleasant at pickup. Felt like I was inconveniencing by coming in to pickup my food. I will NEVER eat at this location again. And I plan to share my experience with corporate.

There seems to be a pattern of 1 stars...So disappointing, and not surprised Im not the only one.If the owner here cares anything at all about feedback and how to stay in business- maybe look to fix the problems and processes in your business rather than simply replying to your 1 star reviews with an "email me" message...I left my review months ago, and as of 3 days ago- the same issues exist.You literally sent your customer to Panda Express! thats horrible.

We had visitors on 6/4/23. My order said it will be delivered at 5:35pm. around 6pm pizza hasnt arrived yet so i called and told them i will pick it up . It' was already past 6pm and our visitors were hungry they drove from SoCal. i went to the restautant. I was in line the guy before me was shouting at the staff lady and cussing her bec he waited 2 hours for the pizza and he asked for the manager's number.So then it was my turn, the lady told me i have to wait 10mins. So i left and waited in my car and came back after 15mins and still no pizza so i ended up canceling my order and went to panda express. i ordered 2 specialty pizza. i got 1 for free using my reward points . I got my refund money back but i didnt get my reward points back. The following day i called the restaurant again and asked if they could give me back my reward points tiara told me she doesnt know so she will ask somebody and call me back. I never got the call back from her. so i called round table at foothills. I was told to go online and there i will be able to get my reward points back. what a hassle! My family and i really love round table we dont mind buying pizza from them even though it's expensive. But bec of what happened last sunday 6/4/23 i will not order from round table woodcreek oaks for a very long time or maybe never ever again.
