Shake Shack Galleria at Roseville

Staff does something shady with food delivery. Today while trying to get a rather big order was told that somebody picked it up already. So I cancelled it. Later got a message that I took it and never delivered. I would like management of this establishment to figure out what’s going on in their restaurant. This is not acceptable. Order was on October 23 7-15 pm.

What a joke! Their corp website doesn't show any locations near 95678 which is where my local location is located! Next, when I went to their webpage to view their menu, there are no prices shown unless you START AN ORDER! I don' have time to select every item just to check prices...they must be too scared of their HIGH PRICES to show them! Prices matter to me and I guess they seem to think their customers are morons!

I think my order was cooked and served by zombies. Everyone had such a blank and uncaring expression. I’ve never seen anything like it. Also, part of my burger was very cold (cold peppers?).

Fast service, yummy food 😋

Super chaotic over here on the weekends, but the food is always fresh and the drinks are good 👍 I usually get a burger with both the shroom patty and regular patty since I love mushroom and cheese. Heads up the food here is heavy, and I recommend that if you eat here, expect to take awhile to eat, eat at a timely mannered, and hydrate plentiful. Overall its pretty good, but heavy.

We had a really nice time at Shake Shack in the food court. The avocado bacon burger was delish — super fresh with creamy avocado and a juicy patty. I also tried the Oreo milkshake, and it was just the right amount of sweet. Perfect combo for a quick and tasty bite! The fries were crunchy to bite.

Nice, hard working staff, but slow. Food took a long time and when I got it was not hot. BBQ chicken sandwich was falling apart. Flavor not good. Overall, bad experience, especially for the price.

One of the worst burgers I have ever had it was greasy no flavor. Bun was soaked in grease. It was like eating beef grease. Fries were okay though

Food was excellent. Service was fast and came with a smile. It’s the best shake shack burger I’ve had yet. I know it’s basically a mall food court but the outdoor seating is perfect for a nice lunch.
