Sign on door says closed until further notice due to management transition. Hopefully they can reopen again

Inconsistent. Sometimes I go there and the food is good (not great), sometimes it's really bad (horrid). You can't charge that much and be inconsistent, which is why I have not been in months. The place is clean and the people there are usually friendly.

Update:Its been months since the review below. Now their number is disconnected. I am assuming they are permanently closed. Too bad. They had a growing positive word of mouth reputation (very difficult to get in Roseville!). And right then, at their best moment, they close. HmmMy Persian friend suggested this place a couple weeks ago. My wife and i have since tried to go to this place four different times. They have been “closed for poor management” for weeks?!? But a new review just popped up for days ago? Hmmmm. I hear this place is incredible. But it’s impossible to give them money in exchange for food if they remain closed. Maybe the owner can just actually come in and work.

I hope they reopen!I am so sad. Does anyone have info. I came and didn't see the sign that said temp closed, came back a couple of days later and I'm so disappointed. I love this place.

This place closed it doors on a Saturday night at 7:15pm with no explanation and no acknowledgment to use wanting their food tonight! They get a 1 for the lack of customer service in several areas!!

Good for a quick and different meal on the goGot the "bowl" and a "pita"You get to choose your fillings and toppingsThrough the falafel was overcooked (tasted burnt)We thought it was a decent and healthy option in a pinch, especially over other fast food optionsHighlights: pickled turnipsLowlights: hummus and dry meatWould potentially consider again because of the healthy level of things on the go

I can comprehend why some people have attributed a "dry meat" quality to whatever they ordered. I visited yesterday and could taste the dryness in steak shwarma myself. But to compensate for that, the best thing to do is to include sauces (there are different kinds; tahini, cucumber yogurt, garlic sauce) or ask for it on the side. Rice bowl was not that great; I would much rather order something else down the line. Fries were delicious. And their soda dispenser.. wow, had different kinds. Not your usual soft drinks like Pepsi or Sprite, but it has a twist; Berry flavored, citrus, cream soda among others. Additionally, their electronic self-serving monitors, once you enter the establishment, for "order now" are not categorized correctly. If you look at their menu and try to search for a specific item such as steak shwarma on the screen, it may not be there at all or could be under a wrong category. The way their menu is set up, with sub-types under each, is how it should have been on the monitors as well. We ended up ordering from the front counter. You can do either. The wait is approximately 20 minutes or more, depending on the customers and how big your order is. Ambiance is modern, decorative, and relaxed. It could get a bit crowded on the weekends, inside and outside, but you can definitely find a spot to sit and enjoy a dainty, palatable meal!

Service was awesome as in friendly and quick! Vibes are sooo elevated throughout, so so pretty inside and upgraded looking seating and soda station. However.. food was just okay, not sure if it's me but the spices within tasted a little different than most shawarma spots. Good still just not our favorite. And atleast 3 of our groups orders were either missing something or off in som way so we had to go to the counter a good amount of times. Their fries are delicious though!!! Love the texture and taste.

Stackz on stackz on stackz.... I am a fan. Basically Mediterranean chipotle? -Pita, rice bowl, or salad. -Choose your protein -Choose your add ons....there are lot to choose! - Choose your sauce(s). Bam. Eat. Rice bowls are tasty and substantial. Pita seems like the right amount of food unless you are quite hungry or taking leftovers. It might take a couple stabs fixing up your favorite combo of sauces and veggies. Some of ya'll gonna be broken by choice paradox. Try pickled turnip. I've found I like both BBQ tahini sauce and garlic on my pitas. No olives for me, fam. Once you nail down your perfect mix, it's off to the races. I do like their Stacks fries and the halloumi cheese sides as well. The cheese comes with a pita, tahini sauce, and excellent fig jelly which pairs well. They've got fun sodas in too if you are into that. It's clean, their bathroom has fancy fixtures, check Stacks out.

Shawarma Stackz is a nice change of pace for the food choices on the Roseville. The food is good, not great. It's a step up from super fast food, but not true restaurant quality. Why the four stars? Because the staff is super friendly, welcoming, and happy to make suggestions. We ordered the cheese sticks for an appetizer. The dipping sauces were tasty, but I found the cheese sticks themselves to be a little soggy, and I would've preferred a crispier exterior. The Esquire steak pita was tasty, despite the lack of filling/ingredients. It was disappointing that the sandwich was so light, and the price point so high. The falafel is a no go for me. It was over cooked, and underwhelming in flavor. I personally won't order it again. I love authentic Mediterranean food, and my disappointment is that this just feels and taste very main stream. If you're looking for a quick bite and you're in the area, Give them a try. I would just avoid the falafel and the cheese sticks.

I was in the area for an appointment. Called here ahead and got a takeout afterwards. I tried the Fetteh bowl with steak, it was tasty.

Decor, location etc is all nice but the food is expensive and definitely worth the price. The French fries were greasy and the meat was bland. The food didn’t taste “bad” but it wasn’t impressive, especially for the price. They do have unique sodas and those were good.
