Arrived on time 1:40 for scheduled online order (two sandwich meals and a salad) but had to wait 12 min in store- no apology for wait time. Chicken salad sandwich was very dry and was mostly lettuce and barely any chicken salad. Also, got to my car and realized that a soda, bag of chips, two pickle sides and butter (which costs extra) was missing and had to go back in the store. Again, no apology for the mistakes. Already left a tip with online order but wish I didn't. Won't be eating here again. The quality of food did not justify the cost to top it off.

The food is pretty good here, main complaint is the mess the lettuce made. The staff are nice and patient, and the atmosphere is cozy.

My friend and I both ordered hot pastrami sandwiches and were very very disappointed on how much meat was in it…like two THIN slices each! I won’t eat there again! It mainly was just bread and veggies.

The food was pretty good. We got the pastrami, pepper turkey, cup of chilli and cup of broccoli cheddar soup. The sandwiches were really good and so was the chilli. The broccoli cheddar was ok. I was surprised as the price. With two 6" sandwich combos it was almost $50. You'd be off going to a sit down restaurant at these prices.

What happened to the bread!? It's flavorless and overcooked. This has been our go to spot since it opened but the last two times have left me disappointed. Please fix it. The bread is the show and not good as of late.

It's unfortunate I am writing this review based on the service because the food is always good. My family ordered dinner at this Foothills location. One sandwich was made incorrectly (allergen we asked to not have) and the au jus for a French Dip wasn't included. The place wasn't busy, there were maybe three people sitting at a table. There were two staff members who were friendly to me, but started bickering with each other over who made my order and forgot to include the au jus. As one remade our sandwich and the other bagged the au jus, they never stopped bickering. I took my items home and found that the incorrect sandwich was made incorrectly again, in the exact same way (with the allergen). At this point he store had closed for the night and we were out of luck. My family member who originally picked up the order said that the two staff members were bickering when they visited the store earlier, too. It's unfortunate that the staff members were more focused on each other and not on the products and orders because this was incredibly frustrating and a waste of my time, gas and about $13 toward a sandwich we could not eat because it had an allergen on it by mistake, twice. Please do better by your customers and save the social interactions for after hours...nobody wants to hear the playful bickering and deal with the mistakes it causes.

I dine at sourdough regularly and this branch is different. I ordered dine in and they give me my food in a bag which is not common in any other sourdough places. Also, I ordered my sandwich hot and it was served cold. Please don't destroy this franchise like subway!!!!!!!

"WHAT DO YOU WANT " isn't a greeting!
Stacking all the meat in the center leaves the edges meatless!
Charging for extra for regular toppings is horrible business, especially when the meal is over $20 !
Bagging my sandwich and throwing it across the table, on a dining in order isn't acceptable! Claiming it's common practice is disgusting!
REQUESTING A TIP AFTER IT ALL, is pushing everything beyond understandable!

So disappointed with this shop. I've eaten here approximately 4 times and everytime there is a issue. All I ask for is avacado on my sandwich but I seem to never get it. This time i forgot to put it on my online order so i called the restaurant 4 times before I got them to answer and asked if they could put it on and I would pay for it when we picked it up. When we picked it up they had my husband pay for it and when we got home no avacado ugh I called and again 4 calls to get an answer and I told them there was no avacado and I'm a diabetic and already dosed my insulin so I would just like a refund. I was told sorry they can't do that there is no management there until tomorrow so I would need to come back then. I don't live in the area so it's ridiculous to think I could come in tomorrow to get my 1.35. I just don't understand what happen to customer service. They actually wanted me to bring the sandwich in to prove it didn't have the avacado on it. It's sad when you are made to feel like you did something wrong when they continually mess things up and you have been more then understanding about it. I've dealt with the owner in the past and she was no better in her treatment of me. Well subway or togos for now on!!!

Super fresh sourdough bread and deliciously made sandwich.I also grabbed a bag of chips and a soft drink.I am looking forward to returning this weekend and trying the chili.I'm also interested in getting to clam chowder in a sourdough bread bowlI'll let you know ??
