This is gotta be the worst sourdough in the area. They have messed up my orders three times now. They don’t follow any special requests even when I place online orders where the details are printed on my receipt and it takes them 30 minutes to make. I feel like they don’t care to follow requests. Every time I’ve brought up mistakes I’m met with a blank uncaring expression like I’m inconveniencing them for making my food right.

This was my first time going to sourdough company and I absolutely loved it!!! It has so much flavor and is fresh. This sandwich shop is everything compared to all the other companies out there. Didn’t make me feel like crap after eating it and the customer service was so friendly. You will definitely catch me coming here every time I go to the mall!!!

Best selection of food in the galleria. Super high quality and one of the only clean options in the mall. Everyone is nice there too. Highly recommend the French dip sandwich. I am also gluten intolerant, super bad. However somehow I am able to eat their bread. It doesn’t hurt me at all. This place is one of the only places I can eat at and still feel normal.

This was the BEST sandwich I’ve had in a long time, the staff was incredibly friendly, quick, and everything tasted really fresh. My new go-to lunch spot at the mall. 10/10 will definitely be back soon.

The meats are high quality, the bread is the perfect amount of sour and has great chew. The Garlic Pesto sandwich is amazing, as is the BBQ chicken flatbread.You definitely can’t go wrong!
Nice to have a fresh, fast, healthy choice here, I will be a frequent customer. Staff is friendly and fast, which is the perfect combination in this setting!

The flatbread is so good it tastes homemade! I also love the turkey and dry salami sandwich. A lot of options and all of it is made fresh to order. Quality of ingredients is definitely higher than what you’d expect from a food court.
