Store hours show a 4:30am opening time. I pulled up to the drive through at 5:22am on a Tuesday morning. Sat there for 5 mins with no acknowledgment over the speaker. I said “hello?” And immediately received a very short, rude reply, “we are going to be open in a few minutes!” And that was it. No explanation and it was like it was my fault I should’ve known they were delayed (even though the store was fully lit, cars in the parking lot, and customers inside). Do better.

This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks. The employees were rude, disrespectful, and made it clear they didn’t care about the customers. Upon entering, the look they give you and it felt like they were intentionally ignoring me while they chatted among themselves. When I finally got to place my order, the staff acted annoyed and made me feel unwelcome. My drink was completely wrong, and when I tried to address it, they were dismissive and made me feel like it was my fault. The overall atmosphere was negative, and it seemed like the employees hated their jobs and wanted to take it out on the customers. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Our Sunday started off great until we visited the this Starbucks drive-thru for the first time. We usually go inside for our favorite drinks, but this time we tried this drive-thru and it was our worst experience. I understand I have an accent, but being met with attitude and responses like 'Huh???' and 'Okayyy' was frustrating. Having worked in customer service in my younger years, I know how important it is to put aside personal challenges and provide a pleasant experience for customers. I respect someone’s privacy, so I won’t be name calling. Look at the time of this review and see who was manning that window. It’s disappointing when basic courtesy is missing.

So incredibly rude. Ordered a drink and it was clearly not made right. I went to the window to politely ask if I could just get some of the syrup that I could tell was missing. If I pay for something and don’t enjoy it, that’s not okay. They ignored me at the window. They still had a few minutes before closing. They saw me and made eye contact and didn’t say anything. If you’re about to close then great , say that. You don’t just ignore someone. And when I went inside, they gave me so much attitude. I remained polite despite how badly I wanted to go off purely based on how RUDE they were. The girl still gave me attitude. After I got the syrup I requested, it tasted how it should’ve.

Whenever I ask for a pour over the respond with “we have fresh coffee already” the point of a pour over isn’t just the freshness of the coffee. That’s just laziness.

Usually the service is decent. However, this day a male servicer was denying that they had chocolate croissants, and I could actually see there were fresh ones in the bin. When I told him I could see the croissants, he seemed as though he didn’t want to get me one …like it was an imposition on his time. Maybe just a bad hair day. ?

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. The employees are very friendly and helpful when I’m ordering drinks or food. They’ve never messed up on my drink and the service time is great. Emma even recommended me some of my new favorite drinks. The inside is clean and comfortable to relax and do work in.
