The employees here are always so friendly! I order here all the time and once there was a mistake with my drink and they instantly fixed it even though it was my fault.

BAD EXPERIENCE! Do not go there! I waited more than 15 minutes and my drink was not even made. They were all confuse about my name when it’s so simple. Customer service there was really rude! I asked politely when will my drink be ready and they reply what Is your name and the two ladies said, “ OH, YOU HAVE ONE MORE PERSON AHEAD OF YOU..” I ask if I can just get a refund bc I had waited over 15 minutes and now I only have 5 minutes to get back to work. Got there at 7:05 am and had to get refunded by 7:25 am and left the place. The lady there ask me if I could wait she will do my drink for me right at the moment but then she couldn’t even find my name at this point and then she wanted my name again and my order:(((((( it was bad…

This store cannot get it together. Disorganized, slow moving, and failing on every level.You could drive 10 minutes out of your way and still get your drink faster than coming to this store.Would give 0 stars if possible.Complete garbage.
