Starbucks

I come to Roseville from central time about once a month. So I'm really ready for my coffee when they open at 4:30 am. My hotel is about a 10 minute walk, and the staff is always so nice even at that hour. Friendly dudes. I just chill for an hour or so, watching the Bay Area commuters and docs & nurses from Sutter Hospital grab their app orders. I look forward to these two or three mornings every trip.

Easily the best Starbucks I’ve found so n terms of service. The staff were fast and precise also very polite. They get felt personable and familiar like someone you’ve met before. The barista even included a note on my cup that really boosted my spirits. The cafe itself was perfect; it was clean, atmospheric, cozy, not packed, and just overall a great place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

So I happened to be a non coffee drinker. Took my granddaughter in. My granddaughter describe a drink to an associate that had chocolate add Oreo cookies. Gave her the wrong order and gave her a chocolate coffee drink. 8 years old. I guess Starbucks doesn't have a problem with giving loaded coffee drinks to kids. Not my kind of place. If you are looking to give your kids some coffee this is the place for you. They also screwed up a regular coffee is that my husband ordered. Not a good experience.

I appreciate all of the changes the new CEO has made and is I assume still trying to make. However, your competition smells blood in the water, and if you want to regain your rightful place as number one, you need to drop your prices. You are still keeping too many people away who can find cheaper elsewhere.....

They were out of several food items. Plus, they got two of the three drinks wrong. An offer was made to remake the drinks but I declined the offer. This Starbucks has been one of my favorite Starbucks, but not anymore. Although it is within walking distance of my house. I have found another Starbucks that seems to be better organized.

This was probably the best Starbucks location I’ve ever been too! I went here a year ago with my fiancée while it was about triple-digits in temperature outside and man…the iced mochas really hit the spot! 😌 Most Starbucks have nice indoor seating areas, but what makes this Starbucks super nice is the location it’s in, a really nice aesthetically-pleasing part of Roseville, California and located in a nice little Mediterranean-style plaza with a fountain to make one feel like they are in Italy or something. Would love to come back to this location. People say there isn’t a drive-thru here, but honestly I don’t care because this is a great place to slow down for a bit and enjoy some coffee! ☕️ 🌞 ⛲️ ❤️
