This was probably the best Starbucks location I’ve ever been too! I went here a year ago with my fiancée while it was about triple-digits in temperature outside and man…the iced mochas really hit the spot! 😌 Most Starbucks have nice indoor seating areas, but what makes this Starbucks super nice is the location it’s in, a really nice aesthetically-pleasing part of Roseville, California and located in a nice little Mediterranean-style plaza with a fountain to make one feel like they are in Italy or something. Would love to come back to this location. People say there isn’t a drive-thru here, but honestly I don’t care because this is a great place to slow down for a bit and enjoy some coffee! ☕️ 🌞 ⛲️ ❤️

Horrible service by a batista this afternoon.
Ordered for pickup. Drinks (hot and cold) were very good and proper temp. Arriving early, the order was still waiting, and the staff was friendly when I entered. Being warm outside it was a nice cool atmosphere inside and appeared spacious.

Coffee was good, people were nice. My only complaint would be that google says there is a drive thru and there is not. That should be updated. I drive to this location for that reason. Mobile orders do seem to take priority.

Ordered a latte, 25 mins later still waiting for my order. They should make the in store orders a priority. Ridiculous that I have to wait for a late this long.

The service was so off putting. They were so rude. I never leave comments but this was sad. No eye contact when ordering, very cold, not welcoming and just very off putting. I even said something very kindly and the response was very rude back. It made me sad and put a large damper in the afternoon. They were not busy - I must have arrived at slow time where customer service wasn’t a priority.

2 of our 3 drinks were terrible. My caramel macchiato was burnt to the point it was not drinkable. The three people ahead of us sent their drinks back so probably should have realized then that there was an issue. Won't be returning to this Starbucks location.
