I was kicked out of Starbucks while I was sitting there waiting for my wife, one of the employees (I won't mention her name) approached and asked me to leave because I didn't order anything. My explanations that I've been a loyal Starbucks customer for many years and spent a lot of money a year at their stores didn't help. I felt terribly humiliated and embarrassed. My family and I are reward members for many years. This is not how I was expected to be treated.

Went in today while running a bunch of errands, and I received the friendliest service! As soon as I walked in, the barista, whose name is Jasmine, immediately stopped what she was doing to help me with my order. From start to finish, she was extremely pleasant and professional. On top of that, the other barista with her made my drink very fast. Thank you for making my day Five Star, I recommended anyone in the area to order from this location

2 of 5 girls behind the counter this morning are grouchy which is LAME. I felt that I was scolded for bringing up that there are live cockroaches indoors and also asking for a cup of Ice water. One particular young lady was nice and polite. I wish they had name tags as I did not see any of the employees wearing them. I did ask for one name and she said her name was Kylee - she was the nice one! Morgan (or so her apron said) exuded tension and does not appear to have good customer service skills. Not sure about the other young lady.

Starbucks is very place to go for coffee. And they've been offering a lot of specials lately. And a lot of fufu drinks and I happen to like the variety there such as the macadamia nut coffee.

Expensive and the glasses are super empty. I don't recommend it. There are places where they serve full portions and at a much lower cost. If you live on appearances, go to these cafes. A girl whom is I guess in charge was so Rude and arrogant when telling me that the cheese sandwich are usually infront and if there wasn't any that meant they were all out I guess what I am trying to say the tone and way she said it was so confusing and rude HORRIBLE WILL never come back

OMG! IT’S FREEZINGI went to work from there but it is was imposible resist the temperature inside, and I guess nobody couldn’t.Everyone was friendly and the coffee was good.

I was excited to finally get the chestnut latte again this year. I ordered at the drive thru and as I was leaving, I noticed it didn’t taste right. I had to come back and tell the girl that it didn’t taste like chestnut & it was watery (meaning not enough flavor). Instead of being kind, the girl looked at my drink and told me my drink was watery because I let it sit out. My drink is now even more watery because I left the drive thru, pulled over to the goodwill across the way and then had to make my way back to Starbucks (which I didn’t want to do) to get it remade. Not good customer service on their part, trying to blame me. Im just a customer that wants their $9 drink to taste good. I won’t be returning.
