Expensive and the glasses are super empty. I don't recommend it. There are places where they serve full portions and at a much lower cost. If you live on appearances, go to these cafes. A girl whom is I guess in charge was so Rude and arrogant when telling me that the cheese sandwich are usually infront and if there wasn't any that meant they were all out I guess what I am trying to say the tone and way she said it was so confusing and rude HORRIBLE WILL never come back

I have been going to this Starbucks for a few years, and I have to say, these guys are the best! Nobody does it like Fairway and Five Star! At least that's what I always say. I mean, every single thing you could think of in terms of what makes a fast food joint-no, a restaurant, work, these guys do it to PERFECTION!! It's ALWAYS clean, I'm in and out of the drive thru so quickly that I forgot I even waited in a drive thru, so I end up going again!! and god, the staff! Without a doubt, the nicest, most capable, patient, and qualified people to be running a Starbucks! I've seen a fair share of horrible customers showing up here, and to my shock, these pros never failed to handle them with grace and precision, as to never escalate any situations! Gotta give a huge shoutout to Kelly, Lauren, Savannah, and Kat, for always getting my order right and just giving off cool vibes all the time. They're probably super fun people outside of work ! I know I just praised those four for getting my orders right, but to be honest, the entire store gets my order right! This Starbucks really doesn't feel like your average run of the mill Starbucks. This is a fine dining coffee establishment, and I bet they're fully aware of that. Never once have I seen another Starbucks demonstrate so much class, professionalism, and overall awesomeness as this one. I now refuse to go to any Starbucks if it isn't this one. These guys are the GOAT!!

I ordered my green tea latte on the app with no foam and extra matcha. When I got there my drink was about 3/4 full and full of foam, which means I have about one half a drink. I asked is they could take the foam out and make more? She said yes but then she only heated up milk to pour fill up half a cup. I asked her to please add the matcha to it. She argued it was already in there and didn't add any. Once you have messed up the drink order the first time do it right the second and just do what the customer asked for and paid for. My drink was horrible. It tastes like warm milk and that's what it was for 5.65. Annoying. Now I get to the end of my warm milk and I can see why it tasted horrible. The barista obviously did not froth the green tea into the milk. Just put it in the cup and poured the milk over. LAZY!!!

OMG! IT’S FREEZINGI went to work from there but it is was imposible resist the temperature inside, and I guess nobody couldn’t.Everyone was friendly and the coffee was good.

I was excited to finally get the chestnut latte again this year. I ordered at the drive thru and as I was leaving, I noticed it didn’t taste right. I had to come back and tell the girl that it didn’t taste like chestnut & it was watery (meaning not enough flavor). Instead of being kind, the girl looked at my drink and told me my drink was watery because I let it sit out. My drink is now even more watery because I left the drive thru, pulled over to the goodwill across the way and then had to make my way back to Starbucks (which I didn’t want to do) to get it remade. Not good customer service on their part, trying to blame me. Im just a customer that wants their $9 drink to taste good. I won’t be returning.

3 ladies kept telling me why don't I go to another Starbuck I got up at 330am to stand outside for a cup drop and your employees are telling me to go elsewhere then the store manager lies to me horrible service.

I just love this location, all the employees make me feel special. They know me by name I work at Winco and visit on my lunch. They always are happy to see me I feel part of their starbucks family
