I am proud to say that I have never been inside a Starbucks or even tried any of their offerings. Now if you and your Pekingese, that's a poodle want wanna hop in your Tesla, drive to Starbucks and get me whatever for free, I'll give it a try and I'll give it my honest opinion right here.

The little girls you hired you should keep an eye on them because they know nothing about customers service and giving bad attitude to everyone . My drink’s cup wasn’t full and I paid for extra inclusion and they didn’t add and when asked the girl at the pick up desk instead of apologizing she gave me attitude rude , unprofessional and disrespectful.

On a normal day, this place is great and always gets my order right. The only reason they aren't getting 5 stars from me is because of how I was treated today. I placed a pick up order, and they were out of the food item I wanted, no biggie, however I was ignored for a solid 10 minutes and never got an apology for them not having my food item. Since it was the most expensive food item on the menu, when I got something else I kind of expected a refund of the difference and I didn't. They then tried to hand my new food item out to another customer. It took nearly 20 minutes after I got there to get my order so I could leave. Absolutely ridiculous. However, since this has only been 1 bad experience out of the many, I do want to say it's probably more hectic in there today than it seems. If you have a similar experience, please be nice to the staff, could they handle things a little better, yes, but everyone has a bad day and that's okay

It may be the world’s biggest coffee chain, but this location operates pretty much like a local joint. It's close to home, just a short walk. The servers are friendly, and the place is usually crowded. I like to sit at the outdoor tables with my dog at my feet. Starbucks offer some good treats to go along with their fine coffee.

Barista didn't make my mobile order. After standing and waiting for 10 minutes, I had to verbally reorder everything and show I had paid. Also another customer spilled a mobile order coffee and the barista didn't clean it up for the longest time.

Cant share an experience about the coffee or customer service; however, the trash outside was a disgrace and the line was so long that I did not attempt to go inside.
