The ladies working today are very kind, on top of things and have addressed problems that popped up in a timely manner while keeping people up to date.

This is by far the best Starbucks I have been to in a long time! I am a partner so it is easy for me to notice when service is either outstanding or sub par and this location is awesome! The second me and my family came inside we were smiled at, laughed with, and all of our items were perfect and out quick! Whoever the manager is deserves a hug. I was reminded what it means to be a part of the Starbucks community this morning

I get coffee at this location quite often, as it's in my neighborhood. I stopped by today and asked for a Venti water, which I expected to pay for. I was told that I could not purchase one and I had to wait through the long line of 4 cars in front of me at the drive through and leave empty handed. I was very disappointed that they did not have an option for me to pay for the Venti ice water that I wished to purchase.

This is a wonderful Starbucks location. The people working here are extremely friendly and do a great job making the drinks. They’re excellent at keeping the taste consistent every time I order, which I really appreciate.

Why only ice in my drink? Is there any standard on amount of ice? I paid for drink not for frozen water

This location and Savanna will not give water to hot children. We had our own water bottles. She wanted to force payment for water from the tap. I didn't ask for cups. I didn't ask for anything but water on a hot day. Sad.

I like this Starbucks location but inside and outside areas are always dirty. The windows never cleaned and floor never washed. Outside patio has odor when wet.

They do not get orders correct here. At times their coffee tastes burnt. Worst Starbucks in the area. DOORDASH STOP USING THEM!
