They wouldn’t let me make my drink the way I liked it because the guy at cash said I was ruining the quality of the drink and I wasn’t allowed to do that.

We stopped going to this Starbucks location because they always made my drinks wrong. Today we decided to go to see if the same person was there I don't know her name, but she was she has a blonde hair. I ordered a treinta peach green tea with extra peach juice and 3 scoops of dragon fruit pieces wich everything was charged and they made it wrong. They put it the wrong tea. I returned it and she changed to a different cup and it was the same tasted ,I got out of my car and I went back. What she did was pour a little bit of liquid into the hand zing and only added peach juice. I don’t wanted to get mad because is the same person that we had a issues ,it's always the same. She never has good service , not good friendly. I was there around 7:30. I never comeback and I don’t want my money please I don’t want deal with the same person I end it to trough away, she did something that she is not supposed to that just add juice instead ti remake it really?

Exotic Feelings

I got iced coffee and food about half an hour ago. When I pulled up to the window, the girl asked if I wanted straws, and I said yes. She gave me a strange look—almost like she took it personally that I said yes.

Then she came back with the food, and I asked for a bag. She returned with it and, in a loud voice, asked, “Anything else?” I said, “No, just the drinks.” As she went back inside, she loudly and somewhat wildly said, “Well obviously.”

This whole straw situation at Starbucks is getting out of hand. It seems like it’s up to the employees to decide whether they feel like giving you one. Just so you know, little insane girl, the plastic cup weighs about ten times more than the straw!

Great Starbucks location! I come here often everyone here is extremely nice, if you come here often they will greet you by your name. Whatever you’ll order it will always taste great!!

My order of egg bites had the tops and a side ripped off of them. It was unappetizing. I went back to the drive thru to return them and asked for my money back. The employee who came to the window explained the egg bites stuck to the parchment paper and that’s why they looked the way they did. I thanked her and said I’d still like my money back. She rolled her eyes and walked off without a word. A couple minutes later another employee came back with my refund. Nobody apologized nor were they pleasant. I will never go back to this location. Starbucks is not what it used to be!

I recently visited Starbucks and was very impressed! The cleanliness is top-notch — everything sparkles, the tables are neatly tidied, and there’s no trash anywhere. The service was simply wonderful: the staff greeted me with a smile, quickly took my order, and even checked if I was happy with everything. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly — it feels like home. The barista even cracked a joke while preparing my coffee, which added some positivity to the experience. Overall, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy a tasty drink. I’ll definitely be back!

Was treated very rudely by a girl with bright blonde hair. She was snide, mocking, and aloof and didn’t seem to care about providing the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. I certainly will not be back.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Starbucks location. After finding a hair in my drink, I politely informed the blonde barista at the window. Instead of apologizing and offering a solution, she brusquely told me to 'go back to the box' due to the window's timer.

I've visited multiple Starbucks locations before, and when issues arise, other staff members have always handled them professionally and efficiently at the window or invited me inside to resolve the problem.

Unfortunately, this location fell short. The barista's rude attitude and unwillingness to provide decent customer service were unsettling. I hope that in the future, staff members will leave their negativity behind and provide a more welcoming experience for customers.

I don’t come to this location very often, but whenever I do they’re always so sweet and the drinks are always perfect. This morning I was having an especially rough day, so I decided to use my stars and order a drink I don’t normally get often. When I received it, not only was it VERY delicious, but they even drew on the lid the cutest little picture! Absolutely made my day, thank you guys!
