I love this Starbucks, mostly because itās so close to work but the people are so nice!
Today I got a note on my cup that says ālife happens, coffee helpsā and little did the barista know that Iāve been struggling with life.. the notes DO NOT excuse the price increase BUT they actually do help me live another day because I see them as little god shotsā¦ maybe it doesnāt mean that much to others but to people struggling and getting a coffee to make their day a little better, IT MATTERS ā„ļøā„ļøā„ļøā„ļø

Amazing Experience ā Thank You to the Wonderful Team!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Starbucks at 8690 Sierra College Boulevard in Roseville, California on Tuesday, May 27. I visited the cafƩ with my two daughters, and from the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The entire team was incredibly polite, attentive, and friendly.
Our order was taken with genuine kindness, and the drinks and food were not only delicious but also beautifully prepared. Everything was done with care, and it truly showed. We were extremely satisfied and impressed by the quality and the service.
Special thanks to the amazing team working that day ā your attitude, hospitality, and the way you prepare everything made our visit truly special. We felt valued and appreciated as customers.
We highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Roseville, and we would absolutely love to come back again. Thank you so much!

Horrible customer service, i ordered expresso with cold foam in large cup, but they failed everything, I asked if they could fix or re do it, and get refused. I expect much better service at Roseville (almost Granite Bay) area, but instead got ghetto attitude from barista. I'm so disappointed.
Madison Ave, Sacramento location. Always doing right and very pleasant and respectful.

Never thought Iād get kicked out of a Starbucks, but here we are.
PSAā¦ Apparently youāre no longer allowed to work at Starbucks if youāre not actively consuming something. Never mind the $10.75 I spent there in the morning, or the $300+ I spend there every single month.
Feedback for Starbucksā¦ The most frustrating part about this is she could have simply given me a courtesy notice so Iām aware of the new policy in the future, but she literally stood there and waited for me to pack up my laptop and leave.
Not the āwelcoming community coffeehouseā Iām used to. What a shame.
Baristas are kind, decent seating for groups of all sizes, and good outdoor seating for good weather.
